We had a wonderful stay at this cozy cottage in Cape Cod! The location is perfect — just a short walk to the beach. The cottage is well-equipped with everything you need.. It’s clean, charming, and feels like a true getaway spot. We’d absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Had a wonderful time, very cozy home! The lake location was very peaceful, and enjoyed the paddle boarding.

Serene and charming riverfront hideaway. In a residential neighborhood but very quiet. You are 5-10 minutes from great restaurants, shopping, Dennis Beach but it all feels very secluded. We went kayaking every day from the private dock, saw swans, sea lions, and hawks. The space is clean, boho-chic, very comfortable beds, easy to use gas fireplaces. Primary bedroom sitting area/sunroom is dreamy for reading. Kitchen has everything you need. We thought we might miss an ocean/bay view but we didn't at all. Very reasonably priced for the quality. Meg replied to all messages within minutes. We would absolutely come back. Great for a couple or small family.

Believe the 5 star reviews!! What a fabulous cozy slice of heaven quietly nestled right off a main road and in proximity to so much!! The bungalow itself is the cutest quaintest most charmingly decorated place. They have everything you could need and more, and yes the bathroom is what dreams are made of Highly highly highly recommended for a couple or a small group and for hoomans with furbabies!!! <3 Violet's place is perfect and we can't wait to return.

We had a nice stay at Chuck's place in Cape Cod. The house was in a quiet neighborhood. It was clean and comfortable. We did feel like the $225 cleaning fee was a bit steep for only a couple of nights in a small house.

We really enjoyed staying at this home! We used the kayaks and the guys enjoyed fishing off the dock! The hot tub and outside shower are a great feature that was used each evening. The owner was very responsive and had video instructions for using everything. The home was clean and equipped with everything we needed!

The beach cottage was absolutely perfect. Had everything I needed for a quiet weekend at the Cape. Space felt updated and most importantly, squeaky clean, which is most important to me. The beach was close by as well as many food options. I would happily recommend this place to anyone looking to enjoy some time in Sandwich!

First of all, Nancy is a wonderful hostess. She responds almost immediately to inquiries. Now, about the cottage, this is absolutely one of the loveliest cottages I have ever stayed in. Nancy has decorated it in such a manner that it is comfortable, gorgeous, efficient, and I could go on and on. The cottage is actually more lovely than the photos on the website. The home is on the river and the views are lovely. We spent each evening sitting in lounge chairs watching fish jump. There are two bedrooms upstairs and the second floor has its own air conditioning/heat controls. The bathroom is large, and the shower is amazing. Downstairs is a laundry room with washer & dryer, sink and toilet. The first floor has the living room, kitchen and dining area. The first floor has its own ac/heat controls. The kitchen has everything you will ever need. The house is fragrance free and mold free. I definitely would stay here again.

Songbird Studio was the perfect b&b for me and my partner during our 3 days on the Cape. Private and peaceful, yet centrally located made getting anywhere of interest within 45 minutes extremely easy. The space was both clean and comfortable while also being very affordable compared to other listings. Ann was also such a gracious and hospitable host. The coffee shop right across the street was an added bonus in the mornings! Overall could not recommend this location enough and would 1000% stay here again.

My son and I had a wonderful weekend visit to Eastham. Min's place was very clean, comfortable, and cosy. Coffee bar was well stocked and much appreciated!

Bill and Trish were amazing hosts, and they made sure the place was exceptionally clean. They even had fresh flowers for us when we arrived.

If I could give 100 stars I would!! Out of all the airbnbs I have stayed at Jennifer’s listing has outdone them all!! First of all, Jennifer was the most amazing host and treated us like family! Secondly, the house was spotless, not a speck could be found (and I am usually picky about cleanliness) — it was absolutely exceptional!!! I will definitely be coming back multiple times. Reda’s place was absolutely perfect for a week-long stay - I felt so at home. I was visiting family who live just down the road, but needed a space of my own to work and relax between visiting with family; it fit my needs to the “t”. The kitchen was fully stocked with all utensils (even a can opener!), so I was able to cook a great meal after a long day of work. The neighborhood is peaceful and accessible; I loved going for a run over to New Bedford and back. Reda was always around to say “hi”. My family and I will definitely be back! Thank you, Reda!

We had such a great stay! The hosts were super accommodating and really attentive to anything we needed. The place was spotless, cozy, and fully stocked with all the essentials (and then some). They went out of their way to make us feel at home, and it honestly made the whole experience so relaxing and enjoyable. Anna’s place was exactly what we needed to have a peaceful and relaxing Memorial Day weekend stay. We knew the weather might be on the cooler side, so purposefully wanted to stay where there was the possibility of using the indoor pool – the sponsored guest passes were a huge benefit here, and Oceans Edge staff even went above and beyond, adding an extra day to our pool access since we were picking them up so late in the day. The condo was clean and filled with all the essentials, in a very quiet area of the property. Would definitely stay again!

Great location for a quiet, peaceful Cape Cod family getaway. Perfect space for group of 4, located on quiet corner of Chatham/cape cod. Very walkable to downtown and lighthouse beach (best beach in cape cod). Julia is a wonderful host, extremely responsive and her local recommendations for visitors were outstanding, especially for first time visitors to CC. Would recommend.

The location is fabulous and very close to many amenities - coffee, groceries, restaurants and the beach. While it was a small space, it was well laid out, comfortable to be in, very clean and had a respectable kitchen for its small size (which I used). Devon was very proactive and friendly when I asked him about the microwave not working - I had missed that it wasn't plugged in! The condo was very quiet at night even though it is close to a road. I will definitely return to Devon's place should I need to travel there and it is available.

Had to call maintenance for a couple of reasons but responded quickly.

Brian’s place was the perfect location for our weekend in Cape Cod. Walkable to the ferry for Martha’s Vineyard which was very convenient. The place was very clean and as described. Brian was a great host and very communicative. We can’t wait to come back!

We loved our stay at the 'Sea Salt Studio'! Bonnie's place is exactly as depicted, very cute, cozy and well-appointed. It truly gave us home away from home vibes. The bathroom is very small, especially if two people are trying to get ready at the same time, but otherwise, it's perfect. We stayed just ahead of the summer season and were pleasantly surprised to find we were some of the few people staying in that neighborhood, so we were really able to enjoy some peace and tranquility. The location was great! We could smell the ocean air and hear the waves as soon as we arrived. One of the small local beaches was less than a 5 minute walk down the street. It was the perfect spot to enjoy coffee in the morning. Bonnie's place also served as a great home base to explore all that the Cape has to offer. We were easily able to drive to Woods Hole to catch the ferry over to Martha's Vineyard one day and then head out to Provincetown the next. We highly recommend staying here!
