For your sole use, we offer our around 200 years old, core renovated cabin. Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cabin offers the perfect accommodation for four in about 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny hillside. This quaint retreat is not far from the Mölltal Glacier Railway and many excursion destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Arrive & feel good - enjoy your time out in the quiet and absolutely centrally located studio. The mountain view from the bed lets you wake up in a wonderful idyll. The Hössbahn is only 240 m away. Ski boot dryers are available in the studio. The contactless key handover allows a comfortable arrival and departure. The car can be loaded and unloaded directly in front of the house. For an occupancy of 3 or more people, Tiki 2 can be booked.

Starting point for many hiking trails and excursion destinations, right on the way to Lugauer. There is enough space for your children to play, pet and watch animals. To relax, you have seating and space for grilling at the edge of the forest.

Our vacation home is just a little off the beaten path (road, train) and yet in the middle of nature at the foot of the mighty Grimming. It is only about 30 km to Schladming or Ausseerland. There are countless opportunities for sports enthusiasts, nature lovers or even those who want to relax! Looking forward to seeing you soon ! Likewise welcome are dogs who feel "puddel comfortable" with us!

The Jörgenbauerhütte

The Jörgenbauerhütte is located at 1,400 meters on the Gammeringalm on the border of Upper Austria with Styria. In the meadows around the hut, the alpine cattle graze in summer. Since the hut can only be reached via a private forest path, you can only hear the bells of the cows grazing on the alpine pasture. In the fall you can sometimes hear the tube of the deer - nothing else.
