Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. This spacious apartment sleeps 4 people. The interior design runs like a red thread through the entire penthouse, with warm tones in the oak herringbone floor, furniture in walnut veneer and modern accents such as the terrazzo tiles. A place to feel good and relax has been created. In the heart of the Ski Amadé ski region, above the local carpentry shop and directly in the center next to the Fritzbach, is the RiverLoft overlooking the Hochkönig.

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. The wonderful tranquility and the beautiful view of the Grossarl mountain and natural landscape is ideal for relaxing and recharging. In winter, Grossarl has a state-of-the-art ski resort with beautiful downhill runs and deep snow slopes. Since our house is located on a hill at 2.5 km mountain road snow chains are recommended in winter.
