This remodeled suite, located on the back half of a duplex home, faces our wooded 26 acre lot and short walk to a small pond. It has 2 porches with their own private entrance. This suite has an open area that has a king bedroom, kitchen, dining and living room, 1 full bathroom and a laundry room. Has an additional bedroom that has a full bed, its own tv and locking door. This property is within 15 minutes from 2 major hospitals, Marshall University, downtown Huntington and the Huntington Mall.

At this great location you can see barges loaded with coal/stone/etc go by on the river. The deck directly overlooks the Ohio River. This upstairs apt provides all the comforts of home including full kitchen and laundry room. Within walking distance to St. Mary's Medical Center as well as to a small park offering basketball & tennis courts, a playground and walking path. On the flat of Huntington allowing easy access by car or bike. Location is peaceful and quiet. Off street parking included.

All the amenities for a relaxing stay close to Yatesville Lake (18 miles), Rush Off-Road Park (13 miles) & Giovanni's Pizza (5 miles). Tristate area KY/WV/OH can be in all within 30 minutes.

The cozy cottage is on the south facing slope in the foothills of the Appalachian mountains. It’s .5 mile from I-64 but feels much more rural than the convenient 7 minute drive to downtown Huntington. Its location on the outskirts of the city makes for nice relaxing evenings with the convenience of still being close. The master bedroom has a tv and queen size bed. The spare bedroom has a tv and full size bed. The living room has a tv, dvd player, and queen size pull out sleeper sofa.

The Hemlock House is a newly restored 1920's era home nestled on 3 wooded acres just outside of town with no houses within 500 ft in any direction. It is conveintly located just 1.5 miles south of I-64 at exit 11. 3.5 miles from downtown Huntington. Great stop for travelers, sporting events, groups, Marshall football, soccer, track, Hospital, or events. Private and level parking for two at the house and large rv/trailer parking at the entrance. Private, safe, no neighbors, and clean.
