'The Boathouse' Waterfront Studio, Swansea Heads.

2 PEOPLE MAXIMUM NO CHILDREN NO PETS NO COOKING INSIDE The Guesthouse is located on Salts Bay at Swansea Heads. Although it is on our property, it is completely separate to our house, with a private, waterfront entrance. Access is through our front gate, down a sloping path and a flight of stairs. Unfortunately is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Street parking is available. Free use of kayaks. You can swim directly in front of the studio, or from the sandy beach 100m away.

The house has 4 bedrooms for up to 8 guests and surrounded by country gardens, green lawn and plenty of wildlife filled trees. A very homely country cottage - very warm and inviting. A beautiful 40 acre country setting with a verandah on three sides of the cottage which is totally yours. You will see cows, geese and if you go for a walk - ducks, chickens and further on a 10-15 minute walk to the beautiful Paterson River. You will see the River in our photos. Also there are so many attractions in the surrounding area.
