Nice and calm apartment!

Recently built guesthouse on the property of an old mill. We (two families) live in the main building. Both apartments have a seperate entrance and a terrace showing to the little creek which gives it a romantic touch. The place is 10 km from Basel which can be reached by bus or train in about 30 minutes. In the village nearby you´ll find a supermarket and other stores. Good starting point to explore the Black Forrest. The mixture of nature and civilisation makes it a special place!

Our apartment 5 is located on the upper floor of the historic barn of our listed watermill, which has existed since 1754. It is one of six studios we have built as part of a renovation and have been renting out since May 2024. We have taken care to preserve as much of the historic character of the building as much as possible - the original wooden beams of the old barn adorn the apartment and the view of the open roof beams. Apartment is 43 sqm.
