Hier wohnen vier Familien, es gibt dort ein Büro und eben diese Wohnung. Der Baackeshof, ein Denkmal, liegt nur wenige hundert Meter vom Zentrum Krefelds entfernt und nur 2 km vom Forstwald, einem schönen Joggingwald.
