We had a wonderful stay in Sebastian’s apartment. The location was unbeatable, right next to the mall, with tons of restaurants, cafes, and shops just steps away, which made everything so convenient! The building itself was secure and full of great amenities. The apartment was modern, clean, and beautifully decorated—truly felt like a luxury stay. Every detail was well thought out, and the Sebastian was responsive and easy to communicate with. We would absolutely stay here again! Tuvimos una estadía maravillosa en el apartamento de Sebastián. We live in Texas but visited Neiva for a few days to see family. We were a little apprehensive while choosing an Airbnb for this part of the trip rather than a hotel, but we made the right choice! Our stay at Jhon’s place was marvelous. His sister Yessica was there to greet us when we arrived at night and she went above and beyond to help us. We even ended up going out and partying with her for a bit that first night which was super cool. The AC and the fan were essential for our stay since the city is hot. Both devices worked well; we slept comfortably as the room gets very dark and cool. We felt safe here because there’s a locked gate before you reach the entrance and it’s monitored by camera. The space is remodeled and details were not overlooked. We really liked the TVs for relaxing at night as well. Yessica is a wonderful cohost and I would stay here again! Uber and DiDi don’t work in this city but you can order taxis through the InDrive app!

My stay was great, everything was as shown in the pictures and exceeded my expectations. The place has a lot of little details that make the experience even more enjoyable and welcoming. Highly recommended for those who wish to stay in the municipality of Rivera. Also, Yulieth was always very responsive and available to resolve any concerns or requests. Would definitely be back!
