Beautifully located a 2 minute walk from the Rio Genil river and Canales Lake and a 10 minute walk or 5 minute drive from the nice mountain village of Guejar Sierra, the house makes a great base for exploring the highly variable local area at all times of year. 30mins drive to the ski resort or Granada city and 1hrs drive to the beach.

The village is 5 minutes drive away with 3 bars, serving delicious food. 15 minutes away is the lovely town of Huercal-Overa where you can find all amenities including supermarkets, restaurants and beautiful architecture in the old town where you can while away many an hour with a drink and tapa. The coast is just 40 minutes drive.

Rooms are large & airy, but the house remains cosy & welcoming. Linen is 100% Cotton, pillows are feather. The house is cool in the summer. There is a wood burner in the lounge area for colder nights. Spacious clean bathrooms. Uninterrupted views, beautiful on a dark starry night. Private BBQ area. With easy access to the A91/92, within 90 mins you can be in Almeria, Granada or Murcia. The beautiful coast is an hour away.

El alojamiento está situado en la planta baja de una casa antigua. Es independiente, consta de dormitorio con cuarto de baño y cocina comedor propio. Las calles de acceso están en cuesta. Cada alojamiento tiene entrada por un lateral distinto de la casa y su terraza particular. Nosotros vivimos en las plantas de arriba. Soy muy minuciosa con la limpieza y desinfección. La alberca puede no estar cristalina algunos días, aunque intentamos que esté limpia. Es compartida.
