New home, corner, lots of light, and with views, emblematic building of downtown Elche. The Elche festivities are held on the street from 10/08 to 14/08 and the house is located in the middle of the city and in front of one of the barracks, so on those dates there will be music and people at night.

It's on one of Elche's main avenues with views of the central park on the avenue. Central apartment with a bus stop below the apartment and very close to the University, Vinalopo Hospital and shopping centres. Everything is 5 minutes from the apartment. Respect the quiet hours between 9:00 pm and 8:00 am.
