It’s also near Thuy Tien Lake and many historical tombs, also near many local food places.

The villa is located inside Hoa Phu Thanh park, a park famous to the youngs for the first white water rafting course in Vietnam. The villa has 2 separate floors, this is the first floor of the villa, which contains 2 master room, a fully equipped living room and kitchen. Outdoor area is super large, with shared swimming pools, outdoor BBQ area, a fish spa, a nature lake and stream, which are free. The park also provide other activities such as zipline, archery and the water rafting daily.

The house has 2-3 beds (depending on the number of guests), has a kitchen, a closed toilet, a view overlooking the lake and is located in the middle of a naturally planted garden.
