Best Reviews! Above and beyond clean house with everything you need. Washer/Dryer. Comfortable cozy beds. This Waterfront property is a great way to unwind, relax, and have fun. Enjoy 2 kayaks & Paddle boat. Hang out in the back yard, fish off our private dock, a grill to cook the fish you caught. The interior is a clean, comfortable place to retreat after a day at the beach. Just a 5minute stroll to the Gulf of Mexico, Hudson Beach, restaurants, bars, tiki bars, Crab shack, Live music.

Welcome to our newly renovated manufactured home! Located on the upper end of a canal, we are just a short paddle to the Gulf of Mexico. Make sure to be on the lookout for dolphins and manatees, as you navigate the canal system on your complimentary kayaks and stand up paddle-board, launched directly from our private floating dock =). The area surrounding the home provides an abundance of restaurants, stores, biking trails, natural springs (very popular), beautiful beaches, and rivers!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Close to I-75 and Suncoast Parkway in Pasco County. Located north of Land O Lakes, Florida, in Pasco Trails, a gated community of acreage and horses. Outlet mall, many eating establishments and sports complexes within half-hour drive. We have had to institute a policy of "no smoking. To be clear, we are retired couple who live in the main house. The apartment is attached but has its own entrance and is self contained.

Welcome to our Cozy Canal House. This 2 bedroom 1 bath home that has just been remodeled and updated. Features a floating doc, kayaks and paddleboat. Hudson boat ramp is less than a mile away. This house is just a very short distance to the gulf. Kayak out to the mangroves and explore or fish. One bedroom has a queen size bed and second bedroom has twin bed, sleeper sofa in living-room. Enjoy the evening grilling and relaxing in the patio while you watch your favorite show or movie.

Come enjoy this quiet, spacious, elegant and comfortable space. Completely private with separate entrance to home with pleasant outside area for entertainment with table and gazebo. One queen bed and tiny office for work, private living room, two Tvs one 50” and other is 32” free netflix, coffee bar, complimentary cream, coffee, sugar, snacks and water. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place on the canal. Enjoy views of the canal from the screened in lanai. Fish from the dock or bring your own boat and head out to the gulf to explore. I provide a kayak and paddle board that you can use from the back yard. A variety of life jackets are available for use as well. Lots of fun things to do with in a 30-60 minute radius.
