Huset har ett stort badrum med badkar/dush på övervåningen och en mindre toalett på nedre plan. I köket finns tvättmaskin och diskmaskin. På sommaren finns uteplats i den lummiga trädgården. Det är gratis att parkera på gatan precis utanför huset. I huset finns två uppsättningar av babysängar, stolar samt lite leksaker.

Två toaletter, rymligt vardagsrum, kök och matsal samt en lounge med öppen spis. Sängar: 2x180cm, 1x140cm, 1x90cm. Stor terrass i söderläge och en stor balkong i norr samt en spatiös trädgård.
