Great place to stay with a young child. They had everything we needed! The location is out a ways so plan to do things around the Naguabo area if you don’t want to drive an hour for activities. The rainforest was easy to get to and we loved walking the beach nearby looking for seashells. Areas of the house could use a deep clean and there were a few open electrical boxes that may be an issue for smaller children but overall it was a great stay!

We had a great Christmas at the property. Vanessa even put up a tree and some decor for our stay. Would recommend to small families. Bedroom 3 with the batteries/inverter was a bit difficult to sleep in with the noise, but we made due. Very close to a kid friendly (if you have swim shoes) beach, it was very protected from the surf and was great for our 6 year old. Location is very tucked away from the touristy areas. A very authentic Puerto Rican Christmas vacation was had. 10/10 we would book again.

My family of 5 had a great stay at Giselle’s condo! It was exactly as promised: clean, well stocked, cool (ACs worked very well), and comfortable beds. Giselle was helpful and responsive when I had questions. We appreciated having the beach chairs/umbrella, a basketball (there’s an outdoor court on property - big hit with my teens), and sand toys. The condo complex is older but well-kept, with updated outdoor areas and a well-secured perimeter. Giselle is a wonderful host and I would be happy to stay in any property of hers again. Things to note: 1) private beach is small (but not crowded) and it is not groomed. Lots of nature on the sand that’s easy enough to clean up a spot for setup. Great wildlife watching, too. 2) the birds are charming, loud, and constant. Bring earplugs if they’ll interrupt your sleep. 3) Small den only seats ~3 adults, but open to dining table. No cozy indoor reading spot if others are watching TV. I hope to stay here again!

Great location to the Malecon de Naguabo and near by beaches and mountains. House is very comfortable with a great kitchen. Host is very helpful.

Adam’s place is in a compound, very safe and quiet. Place is great. They bay closest by (Malecon de Naguabo) is a great place for dinner and drinks!

Vidal was helpful in anything we need. House clean, comes with all basic needs! Local businesses near by . Recommend to stay

We had a fantastic stay! The property was even more beautiful in person than in the pictures—truly doesn't do it justice. The location is peaceful and serene, making it a perfect escape. Overall, a wonderful experience and we’d definitely stay again!

I appreciated the amenities available for our trips to the beach. There were chairs, umbrella, and plenty of towels. We brought our fire stick, but the Internet bandwidth would not allow us to use it for the full time we were there. More options should be available on the DIRECTV. The water pressure in the shower was a bit low, but we liked the design and style of the shower. The busy highway traffic was entertaining to watch and calmed down at night. Jose and Maria were welcoming and accommodating to our request. I appreciate the details such as the bedside lamps that were activated by touch and dimmed.
