The apartment looks just like the photos — maybe even better! Everything is arranged with love and attention to detail. The balcony offers stunning views — I watched a few sunrises and felt like I was in a movie. Check-in was super easy: follow the instructions, enter the code — done! The place is fresh, cozy, and has all you need — a nice fridge, kettle, hairdryer, washing machine, etc. There’s a pool and a 7-Eleven downstairs. On the 35th floor, the view is incredible: a balcony on the left and a little rooftop garden on the right — like a hidden gem. The location is great too: 20 min by taxi to the north, 10–15 to the center. There’s a bus station and a local fruit market nearby — honestly, I stayed here just for the mangoes! In short: a home made with care in a perfect spot. And if you want the beach — Koh Larn island is just a short trip away. Ada, thank you for your warm hospitality!

I really love this place. The location is close to shopping mall and the restaurant.

I've stayed at a handful of units in this particular location and I'd say this one was the most put together and very clean. I would recommend to anyone and would definitely stay again

The villa was well equipped with everything we needed to move in and live comfortably. From kitchen essentials to cozy living spaces, it truly felt like a home away from home. Our host was fantastic—very responsive and helpful with any questions we had throughout our stay, which made our experience even more enjoyable. Overall, we highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a great getaway. We will definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit.

We had a wonderful stay at this villa! The place is very clean, beautifully decorated, and well equipped. The kitchen is fully functional with a dishwasher, which made cooking very convenient. The villa itself is spacious and comfortable. Jonny was very helpful and gave us great recommendations throughout our stay. The location is also excellent — close to local markets, plenty of restaurants, and within walking distance to the beach. Overall, a great value for the price. Highly recommended! 😊

Lucien's place was perfect for us! The view from the pool and the room are the best in Pattaya. We would definitely stay again.

Very good location and close to everything you need for your vacation such as many bars, massage shop, restaurant,Seven Eleve. Close to the mall Avenue and Central Pattana. The room is very nice , clean and smells nice. The balcony you can have a chill with morning coffee. Netflix, WiFi and big screen TV and iron. The kitchen is good you can cook here . Don’t know what to say but I’m really recommend this place. 🥰❤️

our stay was great nice place with complete amenities check in was smoothly and easy nearby beach also mall a lots of choices bar and massage place at night have a bit noisy from the bar nearby but its fine not really annoying if u really sensitive just bring earbuds and use it when u sleep overall is good and nice place for sleep worth it for money☺️

it's a good place

It's my 7th stay in the Edge building, which to me is the best option to stay in the city. I must say that this was on of my favorite condos. The host goes the extra mile for the guests, by having water & coffee available, providing useful equipments (washer & dryer included) and creating a nice interior design. I Would definitely recommend this place!
