This place was amazing!! From the start Jimmy greeted us, showed us around, gave us the keys and was very very nice! The place itself was in a great location had a cute rooftop view to see the sunrise. Not far at all from the main beach with all the restaurants and all! Would definitely recommend this place!

I highly recommend this place! Photos do not do it justice. We found it bigger than expected, the views are breathtaking and location was great for by the beach & everything within a 5 min drive. Spent lots of time at (both) pools and had them to ourself everyday. Hosts were quick to remedy any issues & easy to communicate. Will definitely be back!

Nat and Dane's Villa Vivos is absolutely beautiful. The included amenities were exceptional and our comfort was prioritized. The welcome basket is such a thoughtful inclusion amd we excited to cook our breakfast in the rancho. Everything was great, including their cute doggo Kiki, the frogs, and the geckos. As others mentioned, make sure to have a 4x4 for the ride up to the villas. The roads are steep in some areas but you quickly get used to it. We definitely recomment this beautiful listing.

Disfrutamos mucho la estadía. La piscina y el área a su alrededor es muy bonito. El cuarto principal es muy espacioso. Fuimos en auto a varias playas: Las Catalinas (45 min), a Conchal (30 min) y a Tamarindo (10 min). El apartamento en general tiene muy buena presentación.

bueno mi esposa y yo quedamos encantados de ese lugar mágico., allí se respira paz y mucha seguridad. ella es una señora super amable y respetuosa .todas las áreas del edificio están 100% limpias en todo momento , ella nos recibió exelenmente bien .les recomiendo este lugar mágico lleno de una gran paz .somos de North Carolina. u.s.a

Nadia and Ronny were absolutely great hosts and staff. Nadia was always there for any questions or recommendations where she would help with anything you needed. The property was amazing! So clean and nice just like the photos. Ronny was right there to clean and help with anything you needed at the room. The balcony was great too because you saw the beautiful sun rises and sun sets. The pool was so nice and clean too. The property was a straight shot to the beach and right there next to the restaurant & Bar scene. Groceries were close too. The kitchen was perfect for that too. The bathroom and shower were perfect after a long day at the beach or hiking the jungles. This place made my CR trip so exciting. It was really easy for shuttles to find for pick up so I got to do a bunch of activities. Plus a big drive way if you rent cars, trucks or motorcycles or even ATVs. It was really close to everything and all the tenants were really nice and chill. Overall an incredible time here. 10/10

Perfect place to stay in Tamarindo. Walk right down to the beach. Host was very welcoming and accommodating. Plenty of space on the inside with all the essentials.

A fantastic place with a very friendly host ready to make you feel like home. Very clean and all as in the pictures. Will be happy to come back if I’m ever in Coco again.

Un lugar tranquilo , disfrutamos mucho , seguro , con un súper en la entrada que nos facilitó las compras , la piscina nos hubiera encantado que fuera un poco más y tuviera más iluminación, por lo demás nos volveríamos a hospedar, muchas gracias por hacernos sentir en casa

Karene's place is absolutely amazing. The space was clean and spacious, very private and peaceful. One great experience I had: I was sitting by the pool and in the forest I got to see a bunch of howler monkeys in the trees. Karene's place is about a 20 minute walk to the center of town, I used the electric scooters which make it much easier to get around. The beach is also very close. Overall it's a great place to stay if you're visiting Tamarindo.

Stayed here for 3 nights, was super close to town so that was a plus. Also extremely close to the nigh market that they have on Thursdays! The place was clean and nice, the pool (although we didn’t use) is a nice amenity! We enjoyed our stay here We did have one issue with the water pressure in one of the bathrooms but Diego was quick to address it and had it fixed!

My boyfriend and I spent 4 wonderful nights at Hotelito Dos Hijas and I would recommend it to anyone visiting the Guanacaste area of Costa Rica! The place was beautiful, clean, and cozy and the hosts and property managers were super responsive when we needed help. They also have great recommendations for things to do and eat in the area! The location was perfect too - equal distance to both playa Tamarindo and playa flamingo and even quicker to Brasilito and Conchal and only a 3 minute walk to the shores of Playa Grande. Will definitely be coming back here as soon as possible! Pura Vida! :-)

Amplio parqueo, seguridad privada, excelente mantenimiento de las zonas verdes, áreas comunes y el apartamento todo muy nuevo. Excelente atención de Michelle.

Playa Conchal is one of the best beaches in Costa Rica & this apartment was ideal for our stay. it was luxurious with an amazing ocean view and next to the pool. With access to the beach club, we were able to enjoy Playa Conchal to the fullest. Josephine was an amazing host! We are eagerly looking forward to our next visit .

Oliver was so friendly. The space worked perfectly for our trip and I would stay there again.

This place exceeded my expectations. Pictures don’t do justice. The restaurant at the top is AMAZING. Lizette, the person who received us, is a beautiful person and very knowledgeable. Don’t think twice to book this!!!!

Un lugar perfecto para desconectar de la ciudad. tranquilo y una increíble vista, algunos puntos importantes de considerar. 1. La casa cuenta con todo lo necesario para cocinar, esta bien equivocada. 2. La comunicación con los anfitriones es muy buena y fluida, están pendiente a cualquier duda que tengas y la respuesta fue casi inmediata, muy amables y receptivo. 3. Fue fácil hacer el check in, y llegar al punto por waze. 4. Un lugar muy seguro 5. Después que pases Potrero Centro, el camino a transitar será de unos 8 a 10min en calle de lastre, puede que en invierno sea complicado para un automóvil, yo fui en un SUV y sin problema. En lo personal recomiendo el lugar, yo volvería cada vacaciones!
