Our family of three had a lovely time. The home was very clean, comfortable and well located near two of our favorite beaches. It was private but we didn’t feel isolated. Absolutely loved the architecture and lounge areas. Great kitchen, bathrooms and amenities. Claire was very responsive and always accessible. Highly recommend!

Camille and her mom are wonderful hosts. The house was like a beautiful dream. It smelled so good every time I entered. The pool was always clean. I saw many animals. We didn't want to leave, but we would definitely come back again with my family to stay longer. The nature, the animals, the birds—I was truly happy there. I recommend that future guests be aware that if the directions don't lead you past Flamingo Beach, you might be on the wrong path. It's better to take the longer route to be sure.

We spent three nights at Villa Senor Gato with a group of nine, and everyone absolutely loved the location. The house is in a perfect spot with stunning views. I practically had to drag the guys out—no one wanted to leave the pool! Seb was incredibly helpful and responsive to any questions or concerns we had. Our family of four had a fantastic time at Villa la Pacifica. Everything was as advertised and communication with Andrew and Brenda was a breeze. We had a small issue with the lockbox upon arrival, but Andrew responded immediately and got it resolved. Views are stunning from both the interior and exterior from the moment you walk in. We loved the indoor/outdoor feel of the home with the wall of windows, although mosquitoes were out in force, so we had to keep doors shut. Despite how hot and humid it is in Costa Rica, the air conditioning in the main living area, as well as all bedrooms, was a life saver. We all slept comfortably every night between the climate control, mattresses, and linens. Lots of great food options in town, including Father Rooster's right at the bottom of the hill and directly on Playa Ocotal. Our favorites were Cafe Corazon for breakfast and lunch and Verde Salvia for dinner. Thank you for the warm hospitality. Pura Vida!

Alexa was super responsive, location was great. We enjoyed the pool beautiful sunset view. The house was fully equipped we cooked our own diners, everything we needed was there. The house is way up so takes about 5 minutes to get in and out of the property but that wasn't a problem for us. It being gated and with a guard at main entrance made us feel safe. Would definitely book again.

A perfect place to rest, clean, with everything you need, a perfect and very clean pool, a very quiet place, very good service from the hosts who are always attentive, we will definitely return.

The house is super spacious and comfortable with amazing views. It has quite privacy and the area is very quiet. It has many amenities both in the kitchen and in the rest of the facility. Communication was very good and they were always attentive to any questions.

We felt right at home at Andres place. The outdoor shower was a standout. I've always wanted one! We also were visited by howler monkeys in the AM. It was beautiful.

Emily and Florent were super nice and helpful, we felt welcome and really enjoyed our stay. The cabin is perfect, a nice spot so sit outside, a comfortable bed and a kitchen with everything you need. It was very clean. We really enjoyed the pool. The beaches are very close by, we loved going to see the sunset in the evenings. We can only recommend this place.

The best AirBnB ever! I was sad to leave this incredible home away from home. It has everything you need. Usually, rentals lack the right utensils, enough plates, etc… NOT THIS PLACE! This had everything and all the nice extras. I highly recommend this home for an incredible vacation experience. We were able to enjoy all that Playa Grande has to offer plus some other wonderful excursions that were short drives away. AMAZING! Ready to come back.

We stayed for one week. We loved how peaceful it was and the pool was much needed. The monkeys are the highlight - they come and go without any bother. Could watch them all day.

The sunsets over the ocean from the pool were incredible! The best view of any place we’ve stayed! We had an incredible time as a family. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, including oil and seasonings! Beds were comfy, place was very clean. There were chair floats and noodles for the pool. We have zero complaints— thankful for a wonderful family getaway with our elementary aged kids. Definitely book this place!

Our stay in Potrero was nothing short of incredible! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and care. Francisco was absolutely amazing—friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. Amy was extremely communicative throughout the entire process, always available to answer questions and offer helpful local recommendations. The home had everything we needed and was extremely comfortable—truly a home away from home. The pool was nice and refreshing, a wonderful addition that made relaxing after a day of exploring even better. One of the absolute highlights of our trip was the sunset experience in Las Catalinas and dining at Sentido Norte. Do yourself a favor and make time for both. The views are breathtaking, and the food and atmosphere at Sentido Norte are top-notch. We can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for an authentic, relaxing, and well-hosted Costa Rican getaway!
