Holiday rentals with beach access in Hua Hin District

Très bel appartement extrêmement bien placé, tout est accessible à pied. L'appartement était propre et rangé. Notre hôte a toujours été extrêmement réactif. La piscine de la résidence est superbe et bien équipée.

Overall, this was an amazing place to stay—spacious and clean. We have previously stayed at La Casita twice, and this experience has been the best so far. The wardrobe was well-equipped with plenty of hangers, and we appreciated the clean sheets and bath towels. However, there are a few areas that could use improvement: > A dustbin in the living room would be helpful. > Providing shower gel would be nice, especially since we arrived at night without any, while the previous stays had included it. > A clean sponge for washing utensils is necessary; the one next to the sink was quite dirty. > The A/C in the bedroom wasn't cooling as effectively as expected. I'm unsure of the cause, but the living room A/C was fantastic, which helped a lot. Overall, I would definitely return to this place; it's a fantastic apartment in a great location. Richard’s unit was ideal for our two-week stay in Hua Hin. Comfortable furnishings, good shower with hot water. The unit is well-located in the La Habana complex, on the 7th floor with an inside view of the pool. The entire complex was very clean, extensive pool, good fitness room. The location was perfect for us, 5-minute walk to the beach, Cicada and Tamarindo markets. Richard was very quick to reply when we had questions. We will definitely want to stay there when we return to Hua Hin.

Stayed for two weeks and everything was great. Clean, secure and quiet. Handy to everything. Has everything you need and hosts were extremely helpful.

We have stayed in the owners other condo before and really liked it. This is an ideal location for us in a quieter neighborhood on the north side of Hua Hin. It has great swimming pools right on the beach and it’s really a beautiful property. The only challenge was that the mattresses were very hard and you could feel the springs. Khun Supida was very responsive to this and bought and installed a mattress pad for us that solved the issue. I really appreciated the responsiveness! The condo is well stocked and is really comfortable. The hustle and bustle of downtown is only 10 min away. We will be back!

WOW! This place is perfect. It’s a ground floor condo right in front of the pool that overlooks the ocean. The grounds are immaculate and condo is superbly well maintained. The beach is spotless - no garbage at all, soft sand and very clean water. There is no rip tide or undertow and, as such, is perfect for kids wanting to crash about the waves. At night, it is absolutely silent except for the crashing of the waves. While there are a few local restaurants, I’d recommend having a car to get into town as there is no public transport (at least none that I was aware of). Overall a beautiful stay.

因为颜值而选择了这套房子，住了短短七天，整体感受下来还是不错的，唯一缺点就是位置和华欣县的中心以及海滩稍微有点远，打车不是很方便以外，其他都很好。设施出问题房东会第一时间来查看并修理，也帮我们联系了租车服务，人很热情有礼貌，总体是很完美的一次入住，下次来华欣会再考虑～

Bantita was an amazing host, she was very responsive and helpful and answered all my questions. Her place was very nice and exactly how it looked in the pictures. Very peaceful and relaxing area. I would stay here again if I'm ever in the area.

Very nice an comfortable house in the center of Hua Hin. There are a lot of restaurants and a family mart in walking distance. The host was very friendly and helpful. It’s a nice neighbourhood even if there is long beeping sound every morning. Its not possible to darken the large bedroom. But the host is going to fix that. For breakfast we could recommend the boulangerie Ob-Oon and the Brasserie de Paris. All in all we can absolutely recommend this location !

It is a great location but just a heads up you have to leave a 3000 baht deposit which is fine but does not explain this on their listings Peaceful clean nice building one we had a few issues that may require looking at nothing serious just a couple of light bulbs etc Short drive to beach and bars which is great The host is very helpful I will definitely return

The place was cleaned and as described. The host was friendly and responsive. It's in a good location close to amenities. Good value for your bucks.

Nice place, not so far from the beach. Great swimming pool with private area around it. A lot of space to leave, fully equipped kitchen.

The property is meticulously maintained and as secure as one can be in Thailand. The condo is located in the quietest part of the complex. I had a small hiccup , but Pitanu resolved the problem fairly quickly. The pool and gym were always busy.

Heike condo is functional, stylish and practical. Heike has put careful planning into making sure her guest feels at home. The bed, pillows and towels are comfortable. You will sleep so well. You don’t need to rush to the shops on arrival as Heike has essentials in the room. Yoga mat for morning stretches Basket for your washing Towels for the pool. If you want comfort stay here. Wir waren knapp 6 Wochen im Apartment und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Staff der Verwaltung war bei verschiedenen Anliegen äußerst hilfreich. Pinpach hat sich um kleinere Mängel in der Küchenausstattung schnell gekümmert. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Notre séjour a été des plus agréables. Le logement était décoré avec goût, offrant une atmosphère chaleureuse et accueillante. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les petites attentions de l’hôte, comme les produits locaux mis à disposition. La communication a été fluide et l’hôte très réactif à nos demandes. Les nuits sont calmes, la piscine est très grande. À proximité commerces, accès plage ainsi que des marchés de nuit très sympas pour manger 😇. Un très bon séjour à la Habana. Coup de cœur pour nous.

Annie was super helpful host good communication with clear instructions on how to access accommodation as we were arriving late evening. Location is on main rd easy to walk to beach restaurants .. apartment is small and balcony to .. comfortable bed. Everything was clean and comfortable.

Love this place! Feel like home here. I love the well-equipped kitchen and the dining table is spacious for our large family. The surrounding is perfect. Nice place with fantastic view in the center of Hua hin. I recommend this place ka.

It was beautifully maintained, sparkling clean, and incredibly inviting – the perfect spot to cool off and relax under the Thai sun. We spent hours enjoying its refreshing waters and soaking in the tranquil atmosphere. The apartment itself is incredibly comfortable. It was evident that a lot of thought went into the design and furnishing, providing a true home-away-from-home feel.  The location was ideal, not far from the beach, allowing for easy access to the soft sands and gentle waves of Hua Hin. I had a wonderful stay at La Habana Hua Hin. I wish there was an option to give 6 ⭐️ because everything about this place is just right; very good price, nicely decorated apartment, big pool, very close to the beach, 2 local food markets only 1 minute away, gym, reception, security .. everything just works perfectly and everyone is so friendly and accommodating . I can definitely recommend this place to anyone
