Amornrat is just such a gracious, nice and welcoming person. Her thoughtfulness and kindness was so touching. She made my stay so memorable. The room is like a studio apartment with everything you need: mini kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, hotplate, toaster & plenty of utensils & dishes. The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom/shower just outside the room is very convenient and private. The home is so clean and well organized. Fresh fruit upon my arrival was such a treat! Her paintings are amazing and add a real charm to all of the rooms. Its 10 min from the beach & just around the corner from convenience stores and great restaurants. Such a wonderful place to stay. I hope to be back soon.

Beautiful and affordable place. Perfect retreat for a group or a family. House was spacious and offered plenty of comfort. It also has a large outside area with the pool. Host was helpful and always responsive. Only few hundred meters from the beach, surrounded by good restaurants. Plenty of markets around with local and foreign foods and all kind of products, just 10 minute drive away.

This is a large house in a great location in HuaHin. You can walk to the beach and there are some good places to eat nearby. Everything was great and reliable. Strongly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at Siri's place. This is what was great for us: * Great location: shops, cafes, massages, night markets - right outside of the complex * Feels like a house: spacious, walk out of your room and you are in the pool. * The pool is clean, big and well maintained * The living complex feels calm. It feels safe to let kids go outside to play. * Washing machine, convenient for longer stays I am not even sure if there are any downsides to mention. There are staircases and you should walk upstairs to the bedroom - should consider if you have mobility issues. Would definitely recommend this place. We plan to come again

The apartment was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The location is good, but it's best to have a scooter or car to get around. You can also use cheap taxis to reach anywhere you need, which is very convenient. What truly set this stay apart was the hospitality of the owners. They were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always available to answer any questions or provide recommendations. Their prompt and clear communication made the entire booking process seamless and stress-free. I wholeheartedly recommend Kookie House to anyone visiting Hua Hin. It's a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and outstanding host hospitality. I look forward to returning on my next trip!

Private townhouse, aircondition, 2 bathrooms, balcony and little yard in front of the house. The Owner has nice little restaurant, she always answers the phone and helps in any way she can. We had a fantastic family reunion at Jade’s Neverland villa in Hua Hin with 7 kids (3-13yo) and 6 adults. The villa’s proximity to a great beach and unique pool setup-a fenced pool 10m from the villa-was perfect for safety and enjoyment. The pool, shared with nearby villas, was rarely busy. Inside, the Peter Pan-themed decor was charming, and the villa was fully equipped with furniture, appliances, and kitchenware. Jade, the host, was very responsive, quickly providing a cot and replacing an empty gas canister within 30 minutes. Mid-week cleaning was offered and appreciated. The large terrace with a grill enabled memorable seafood dinners. Comfortable mattresses, plenty of towels, and amenities like board games, a billiard table, and Netflix on a large TV enhanced our stay. Wifi was reliable except on the third floor. Aircon and fans kept the villa perfectly cool. The location is quiet, a 5-min walk to a child-friendly beach with restaurants and shops. Overall, a wonderful stay!
