The old house at Solnes Gard

Part of duplex on active farm. We are the third generation to run the farm after my husband's grandparents got the farm as a wedding gift. Here you get to stay in the original farmhouse from about 1950. We live in the other part of the residence ourselves. Cozy place, fully furnished and with everything you need for shorter or longer stays. We have 8 alpacas and many goats on the farm. You can join us in caring for them on demand and if we have the opportunity in a busy everyday life when we are in full-time work and have four small children.

Great cabin at the entrance gate to Stølsheimen Large sunny terrace with lovely water & mountain views. Possibilities for barbecue and fire pit. Great hiking terrain and 3 min drive to Stordalen ski center. Possibility of hunting and fishing. Fishing/hunting license can be bought at Fjellstuen or online. Possibility to drive up and unload goods during summer time, parking at Stordalen Fjellstue. Small road up to the cabin (as shown in picture). In winter you have to go up from Stordalen Fjellstue, this takes about 10 minutes.

Beautiful cottage by Sognefjorden

Great cabin for 40 meters from the edge of the sea. Fjord view and eiga beach. This is a new cabin with large terrace, south facing, good sun conditions and tasteful decor. There are two living rooms on the 1st floor and two rooms on the 2nd floor. The stairs to the loft are steep and there are low ceilings on the 2nd floor. Heating cables in the living room, hallway, kitchen and bathroom. Short way to boat place and jetty. You can rent a SUP, kayak or fish from the bar. We also fire up newly built Sauna on request.

Large house by nature reserve

Older, newly renovated house of 300 m2. Located on a hill with a unique view at the border of the Sørebødalen nature reserve. Ideal starting point for hiking and fishing trips. Boats can be hired for fishing in the fjord. In Almdokkevatnet, boats and nets can be used free of charge with the purchase of a fishing licence. An old timber living room with sleeping loft and meeting room for 30 can be rented in addition. Parking in the yard. Can also be rented together with a cabin in the forest.

Part of single-family home with a fjord view. 100 metres from the beach. Private floating dock for fishing and swimming. Possibility of renting a boat by appointment. The residence has a living room, kitchen, bathroom and 2 bedrooms. Large terrace with good sun conditions and view of the Sognefjord. Access to nature and trails. 5 minutes to a grocery store. (Rental unit in the basement of the dwelling with a tenant). Bed linen and towels can be rented for 270kr per person.

Steinsethgarden

Recharge your batteries at this unique and quiet accommodation. Cozy, restored schoolhouse in a farm yard with views of mountains, water and a valley. Rented out for longer or shorter periods. Possibility of fishing from a boat or canoe in the nearby water. Great hiking terrain with both grazing and wild animals in the area, and opportunities for top hikes only a short drive away. The Kårhuset

House that was completely renovated in 2016. Contains kitchen, dining room, TV room, small living room, bathroom with toilet, one toilet, 6 bedrooms. 2 heat pumps and wood stove. Veranda + garden. The house is designed for up to 8 people but has several beds. Possibility of renting a 17-foot boat with 15 hp or 20 feet with 40 hp. 6 km from a staffed/self-service grocery store with opening hours 7-23. Many nice hiking opportunities nearby.

Welcome to our home with a fantastic location right by Sognefjorden - one of Norway's most beautiful natural areas :) The surrounding area offers good hiking opportunities, a walk to the city centre and the swimming pool with an outdoor pool. The house has four large bedrooms, two spacious living rooms with plenty of space to relax and two bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dining table and space for 8-10 people.
