Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Houten

We had a comfy stay at Jelle's! No complaints or displeasures, everything was quite clean and accurate to the description in the listing. Instructions for check-in was clear. Maybe would be good to provide 2 sets of keys instead of just 1. Location is 2min walk from a bus stop, easy to take a 10-15min bus ride to Centraal. Living room area in particular was very pleasant! we were worried that privacy was going to be an issue, but Jelle had blinds and privacy filters on the windows, so we felt at ease. Washing machine and dryer are easy to use too. Thank you for the pleasant stay!

Very nice, spacious apartment and very tastefully furnished. We felt right at home. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need. There was nothing missing! Comfortable beds and a great bathroom with everything needed. The location is absolutely top! Everything within walking distance. Diederick responded to questions within a short time, great host! Absolutely recommended, we would definitely come!

Absolutely beautiful house with great amenities for a family. The children loved playing in the garden and seeing the animals. Sleeping in the cupboards was a huge novelty for them! Gerline was a great host and very helpful with any questions we had.

Spacious, clean well equipped apartment in a safe and nice area in Utrecht. Quite a walk (25 to 30 minutes) to city centre but nice historic route and otherwise there's a busstop in front and restaurants and a great park nearby. Host was not around but her friend arranged a smooth check-in. Don't expect a super luxury experience but with lots of space, a nice shower and kitchen and even a small terrace it's money well spent!

The host was super friendly and helpful with everything. We had an excellent and pleasant stay, and we felt right at home. If we had to return to the city of Utrecht, we would be happy to return to the host Utku's house. Super comfortable and perfect house. Thank you for everything!! Goodbye.

The apartment is in a beautiful quiet location. And close to public transit. Easy to get to shopping and tourist areas. A rare find! Will be back to stay again!

This was a perfect place to stay for our three weeks in Utrecht. Jochem’s place is bright and spacious, a lovely place to be and right in the heart of the city. We loved being able to walk the few minutes to the canal, shops, cafes, and restaurants. Jochem himself is a fabulous host - so welcoming and helpful. We really appreciated how he went out of his way to make our time there comfortable.

we felt very relaxed, comfortable and at home in this private, charming, rustic barnhouse. It was in a peaceful location with lovely walks to the interesting old town and another alongside the little canal to the supermarket and tram station which we used to take a trip to the city of Utrecht. Would highly recommend and would like to visit again.

We had such a wonderful time at Michael's beautiful home. When we arrived we found a sweet welcome basket with delicious stroopwafels, the kids were so happy! The kitchen was perfect for cooking and i loved very much our family moments around the big table, with candles and soft lighting such a cozy atmosphere. Outside, the fresh air was great for walks, and coming back to a warm, inviting space made everything feel even more special. It truly was an unforgettable experience. Michael was super friendly and always quick to respond, which made everything easy. We’re so grateful we found this place for our family reunion none of us really wanted to leave! it was a great stay, walkable to where we were going for our stay. Nice and tidy in the house and lovely garden area.

Jan and Marissa were very welcoming and provided very detailed instructions prior to our arrival. A lovely comfortable house, very relaxing with plenty of space and comfortable furniture. It was light, and beautifully clean with a lovely shady garden. A quiet and safe neighbourhood- very pleasant to come back to at the end of a busy day. It is a 10 mins walk to the nearest bus stop which goes direct to the train station/town centre. The buses are really frequent. There is also a bus which takes you directly to the lovely town of Amersfoort. We also loved visiting Castle De Haar- a fairy tale castle, fully furnished with luxurious fittings and interesting owners. There is a well stocked local supermarket- about 15min walk and a fantastic delicatessen “ Olijfje” with fresh fruit and veg, hummus, olives, dips, freshly prepared each day. The owner is generous and friendly and gave us some free samples including delicious handmade chocolate,pistachio slagroom truffles.

I love this place! Great host, amazing location, all the amenities and meticulous details. But first, Utrecht itself is beautiful, a lovely place to stay and well worth a visit – and this home is close enough to the train station and city that it’s very easy to get around, however, it’s far enough away that there wasn’t any street or party noise. Back to the home – you are genuinely staying in someone’s home, just how Airbnb was meant to be! It was so well organised, personal items were packed away so we had plenty of space and everything just worked and we felt right at home, because we were. Everything was perfect and we especially loved Sophie, the other host (cat). She was adorable and friendly and we have no doubt she would have fixed any issues if we had any. Thanks for a great stay! We highly recommend it and would stay here again!

We travelled to Amsterdam for Taylor Swift..and ABSOLUTELY loved the stay! Spacious accommodations as described, incredibly well-equipped kitchen in a nice neighborhood. Approx 15-20 min walk to the train to Central Utrecht. Utrecht was spectacular, we enjoyed the city more than Amsterdam itself. If there on a Friday or Saturday, be sure to stop by the Utrecht market for fresh fruit and AMAZING Stroopwaffel! Just be aware - there are two flights of stairs up to the bedrooms, totally safe and walkable, but would potentially pose a challenge to someone mobility impaired.

Great idea to choose the apartment for a relaxing part of our six week trip. We were thinking of travelling to Amsterdam and or Utrecht but we were rather tired at that stage and have been to Amsterdam several times. We found Armsfoort absolutely delightful and Hans loved it for photography

I misunderstood the wrong place, but the neighbors were also very kind and helpful. The dog also played with the kids, and I'm glad my daughter was not scared.

This stay was the friendliest and the most charming Airbnb experience we have had! The building is an incredible experience of history, built in the 1580s and renovated by Joost and his father 16 years ago. Great detailing, furnishing, and design reflecting Utrecht in every way. And Joost was incredibly friendly, always responsive, and respectful of our privacy. The location is great! Right in the heart of Utrecht, where everyone was so friendly to us throughout. The beds where comfortable, and the back bedrooms quiet. Our tweens loved the attic space for sleeping, with a window view over the square. There was noise from people in the square in the evenings but it did not bother us as all as it was not unlike the sounds in our urban neighborhood. Joost's attention to detail and design was evident throughout! When in Utrecht again, I will definitely stay here! And it super easy by train for the day to Amsterdam, Rotterdam, or the Hague. Lastly, great daylight in the living room area!

Nick’s apartment had everything we needed. He met us out front and helped with our bags before showing us around his place. He gave us recommendations and told us a little about Bodegraven. The walk to the train took us about 8 minutes.

We had a very nice stay in Utrecht. The apartment is nice and very well located! You are right downtown. There are many restaurants in the area and by bike you are quickly in the countryside.

Great value for money in the area, the ONLY issue was there was dirty pillows and duvet in the second bedroom. The duvet had no cover on it but there was a blanket over the top. A bit of a let down as everything else was perfect and you could tell the host does care. We would stay again.
