We had a great stay at Marlieke's place and fellt right at home after arival. The cottage is very clean, spacious and has everything you need. Marlieke has really thought of whatever her guests might need, from a well stocked fridge and welcoming snacks, high quality kitchen material, to even a sewing kit in case your button falls off and toys to make our daughter feel energised after a long flight. The beds are high quality, the bath luxurious, and the view amazing. With a car you can reach all interesting places (Amsterdam, Utrecht, castle, woods etc) within half an hour. Marlieke has prepared several information maps for day trips and IJsselstein itself is also a lovely little town where we went often for coffee etc. Marlieke responded quickly to all my questions and gave very useful practical suggestions. The family is lovely and our daughter enjoyed playing with the youngest girls and Soof the dog. She was also very happy to be allowed to help take care of all the animals!

Everything was great! We felt very comfortable. The accommodation is really perfect for switching off for a few days. Since the weather was not good with us, unfortunately we could not do so much, but otherwise there are nice outdoor activities. :)

Lovely cottage for a week away with our toddler. Beautiful quiet park and wooded area. The garden of the cottage offers all kinds of nice playgrounds for children, so you can sit quietly as a parent.

We were there with 6 adults and 3 children over the Pentecost weekend. The area is beautiful, you can do a lot and a supermarket is also close by. The accommodation was super nice and well equipped, as the weather was a bit mixed, we were very happy to have a nice living room, the hot tub and also the hotel nearby, as you could use a larger pool (indoor), a game room and the other amenities. We would definitely come back!

I had an amazing stay at this beautiful house in Soest! The place was incredibly clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated — a perfect retreat surrounded by nature. The horses on the property added a unique and peaceful touch, and there was plenty to do in the area for nature lovers. What truly made the stay exceptional was the warm hospitality of the owner, Denise. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway!

Nice, quiet stay in nature. Great to unwind and enjoy a little wellness. Sauna and Whirlpool worked well and the introduction from Peter was easy to understand and follow. There s bikes to lend at any time, the vacation home is conveniently located close to Putten. Thanks a lot for a relaxing stay.

Our host was incredibly nice and reactive. We definitely recommend her and her amazing house on the lac. The views and nature are stunning. We had so many beautiful activities (boat with a licence, free kayac, Gouda visits and museum, walks and bykes, restaurants). Clearly I have fallen in love with the region

This apartment was beautiful and clearly a lot of care and design had gone into it. It was very clean and in a great location to discover Utrecht. Oscar and Barbara were lovely, friendly and helpful. Would recommend!

Biljana's place was great to stay at and great for families. The neighbourhood is quiet, serene and with at least 3 playgrounds in walking distance of the house, we had a lot to do for our toddler in the quietmoments in between trips. Parking is free and spaces are abundant. She provides lots of toys for little ones and provided a travel cot for our 2 year old that was not yet used to sleeping on a bed. The place is well kept, clean and a treat. The air conditioning was great for the hottest days. Access to the house is best in class. Would happily stay here again. Thanks for letting us share your home for those days!

The accommodation was really great – clean, cosy and equipped with everything you need. The contact with the landlady Lotte was also super friendly and uncomplicated. She was always quick to provide advice and assistance. It is particularly positive to emphasise that she gave me very detailed information about the parking situation in advance. Unfortunately, parking on site was a bit cumbersome, which led to a small deduction for me. Overall, however, a clear recommendation - I would come back at any time!

We really enjoyed our stay. As soon as we entered the house, we felt at home. The location is quiet and the garden is great. You can reach the center of Utrecht quickly by bike. We would definitely come back!

The house is in the heart of an old village centre surrounded by water which gives it a private feel even though it is at the edge of a city. There’s a huge lounge and private space outside.

We had a pleasure staying at this cozy, stylish family home. The house is beautifully decorated with vintage treasures and breathes peace with all the plants inside and outside. It was comfortable, and had everything needed for a perfect stay. The highlight for us was the garden and very comfy beds. And of course a special part of looking after Blanci the cat and the guinea pigs, this felt even more like at home. It was like a little oasis in a quiet and friendly neighborhood, yet we were still just a short walk to the train station or a quick drive to Utrecht. Shops and restaurants are nearly 5-7min walking distance. Houten is a lovely small town, we wished we had more time to explore it’s gems. Jeannette was always helpful and attentive. We are very grateful for this kind experience. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us - we’d happily come back again!

Toms place was perfect for our needs, large comfortable home in a great location.

it was a very nice experience with my friend. We stayed for two nights. The place was easy to find, clean and with all the equipment that we needed. Frank was very friendly. He offered us a welcome drink and snacks, and checked with us whether everything was okay from time to time. The neighbourhood was also very friendly! We had a flat tire when we were 3min-drive away, many people passing by stopped and offered to help. Overall, we would choose this place again the next time we go to the Nederland. :)

Me and my friends stayed here for a week as our chosen lodging for a convention and had a wonderful, comfortable time. The area is peaceful and quiet, the perfect place to relax after busy days of meeting people. The yard was wonderful and the view through the trees at the sunset was magnificent. As an experienced Airbnb enthusiast, this stay was really above expectations. It is a beautifully clean and fully equipped house with a great garden where you can completely relax. The Host is very friendly and flexible. A pleasant extra that I 100% recommend is the breakfast service on weekends from their neighbor. Deliciously varied breakfast options for a super good price. This is a perfect location to stay in Utrecht. It is near shops yet off the main road. Other than a couple of nights of noisy neighbors, the unit was quiet. It has a well-equipped kitchen and an A+ for sharp knives, which is a pet peeve in many places we have stayed. Don't let the train tracks fool you, as they are only for a museum, and only a quiet tram runs on them. Walk to everywhere in Utrecht from this place!
