We loved our stay at Rose's place -- it's the perfect location for exploring Normandy and the D-Day beaches. Lots of great restaurants in Sainte-Mère-Église, too! Rose was very helpful and friendly, and the apartment was spotlessly clean. Highly recommended!

Perfect location to easily get to most Normandy D-Day sites, especially the American ones like Utah and Omaha Beach, and Carentan and Dead Man's Corner. Easy drive to places like Bayeux and Pegasus Bridge. beautiful house and friendly owners.

We had a really enjoyable stay and would recommend Matt and Mary’s gite to others. The location is great for visiting the D-Day memorials and museums, and there are enough local amenities, restaurants and shops within a short drive. The accommodation was clean and comfortable, with enough kitchen utensils, pans, etc, to cook at home if not eating out every evening. The pool and games room are brilliant for entertaining the kids. We had good communications with Matt and Mary prior to arrival, and they were very friendly and offered suggestions for restaurants and attractions during our stay. We would definitely look to book again if we return to the area.
