We are right on the bank of Waitangi River, in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, within walking distance to Haruru Falls and 5 minutes drive to Paihia waterfront, shops, cafes etc. Our rooms range from double en-suite, twin en-suite, triple en-suite and One Bedroom Family Unit. The price listed is for one double room with en-suite. We have multiple rooms range from double en-suite, twin en-suite, triple en-suite and One Bedroom Family Unit. Please contact us if you need more than one room.

The space
A double bed in the ground floor living room, one queen bed and a single bed in the first floor bedroom. It has a private bathroom, and access to laundry, lounge, dining hall and a commercial size common kitchen with everything you need for cooking. Plenty of space indoor and outdoor, free parking and free wifi.
