very central Cannabis Friendly b&b. A small but cozy and beautiful Bed & Breakfast with 2 very private spaces in characteristic Apartment. Both rooms are connected by internal stairs and will be completely yours during your stay!

The space
Very nice, light and relaxing space of approximately 30 m². 2 split level rooms with 1 private entrance. Fully furnished and renovated annually. Super centrally located.

The 2 rooms that are both rented per booking. So no sharing with strangers.

This part of my apartment is the perfect place for your stay in Amsterdam with the whole city within reach (see map).

Two levels with two rooms in the back of my apartment. You enter on the second floor where there are two single beds (or one double can be made), 50" flat screen Smart TVr Mini stereo with Bluetooth connection and Radio, fast WiFi connection, a table with chairs and a small sofa.

Sleeping:
Entrance floor: There are two single beds that can be made up as a double bed. There are two more single beds on the lower floor (also made up as a double bed).

Private toilet, sink and shower. Fresh and clean towels and bed linen are provided.

Kitchen
On the lower floor (accessible via an internal staircase) you will find a small countertop with a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster to prepare your breakfast. There is also a small refrigerator and a dishwasher. Real self-cooking with fire or electricity is prohibited, so you cannot cook in the room. There are therefore no connections for gas stoves, electric plates or the like available.

There is tea, coffee, milk, sugar, cookies, sweets and much more available for you for breakfast and snacks

The rooms are cannabis friendly and you can smoke inside.

Please note: there is no real separation (like a door or wall) between the two rooms/floors where you will be staying. Privacy between your group may therefore be limited.

On the other hand, both rooms will not be rented to anyone else during your stay, so sharing with strangers is not possible or applicable.

Your two rooms are located at the back of the house and are very quiet considering this great location is in the center of Amsterdam. A stone's throw away from everything Amsterdam has to offer. (No public transport is really necessary).

The layout of the house, you at the back and me in front, also guarantees more than enough privacy for all of us.

During the check in we'll give you 2 sets of keys, each with 1 key for the front door and 1 for the private entrance.

From the private acces at the second floor you enter the room with a light "chapel" and window to the small patio. Very bright room with 2 single beds (1 double bed can be prepared instead), flat screen Smart TV, radio / CD player with Bluetooth connection, fast WiFi connection, a table with chairs and a small sofa.

Other things to note
You will find tea, coffee, sugar, snacks, sweets, and much more in the rooms. This way you can prepare your breakfast in complete freedom and when it suits you best, without being bound by my times and schedules.

NOISE
We ask you to respect all the neighbors and guests and to please keep noise levels down to tolerable levels after 10 PM. Please impose the same rules for the minors in your party.
Note that the building is made out of wood with wooden floors that may carry sound further, so the 2nd floor is not a good playground for children.

RESPECT
We are supportive of all people and their relationships, we are respectful of all people, treat all people equally, and are non-judgmental. You are expected to do the same on our premises.

FORBIDDEN
Keep silence entering or exiting the B&B premises.
No smoking is allowed on the B&B premises. Only in the apartment!
No prohibited articles or flammable articles are allowed to be stored or installed inside the room.
No visitors are allowed on the B&B to overnight without the permission of the owner.
Please do not take away the apartment items as souvenirs. Otherwise, the charge will be added onto your B&B bill.
No hanging of clothes or other articles outside the windows is allowed.
Guests are held responsible for any damage done to the furniture/decoration or other facilities insides the rooms.
Guests must take good care of their own belongings. The owner will not be held responsible for any loss or damage incurred.

Global warming concerns all of us. Please turn the heating down and switch lights and TV off before leaving the b&b. Even if it's for a short time.

Guests are obliged to observe the provisions of these B&B Rules. In the event that a guest is in breach of these rules, the owner has the right to repudiate the agreement on the provision of accommodation services before the agreed period has elapsed.
The owner reserves to himself the right to add to, or alter or amend any of the above terms, conditions and rules.

Neighbourhood highlights

The space is located in the downtown shopping area. This area turns into a mecca for local students at night with its pubs, clubs and cheap restaurants. So, very lively both during the day and at night.

It is a pedestrian area. Further down the street are a few inexpensive restaurants and (pool)bars that make the atmosphere fun and relaxed. At our doorstep we find the best and fries store in Amsterdam.

Everything is open 7 days a week. The supermarket too but unfortunately the one just
around the corner is been rennovated at the moment. The closest now will be the one behind the Dam.

Maximum guests allowed is 4. More is not possible.
The b&b is very small and more than 4 will not be comfortable.
Beside that, in Amsterdam is strictly forbidden by law to have more than 4 guest inside a b&b. Only the registered guests can be inside at all time.
Please don't ask me if it's possible to add more guests (if you are more than 4). Try instead to find another accommodation for your extra guest(s) as none else will be allowed to visit you inside the b&b.
B&B's in Amsterdam are under very strict legislation rules.
For hosting more than 4 guests, owners risk to get a fine of € 20k+.
As understandable, I can't and will not do that.
