A small hotel with breakfast service built in my grandparents' house.
Beautiful view of the gulf, swimming pool, garden and private parking. This room has no air conditioning and a very steep staircase.

Our guest have access to the pool, the garden, the portico and the private parking.
The breakfast room is available from 8,30 to 10 and during rainy days it can be used as living room as well.
There is a TV in the living room, but there aren't any TVs in the bedrooms.

Neighbourhood highlights

I'm very fond of the village where I live. First of all, I grew up in Ranzi, and my best childhood and teenage memories are from this place. I like it because you can see the sea from almost every corner of the village, because it is well exposed and gets many hours of sunshine. The community is still characterized by the typical bonds of a small town. There is a nice restaurant that also makes excellent homemade ice cream. New parking lots, a playground and public gardens have recently been created.
I love walking through the three historic hamlets and in the hills above the village or walking down to the center of Pietra Ligure and you can always see the sea.
Hiking and enduro trails start from the village.
