Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Hotel Zone

My second week staying here, Jorge & his mom are the BEST hosts!!! Never any issue with communication (very fast!), always willing to answer questions. This place is GORGEOUS!!! If you are not familiar with this type of area, it will look like your renting a concrete box - do NOT let the exterior fool you! Behind those walls are beautiful landscapes, very quiet, very private and super safe! It's very safe to walk, very peaceful, you have conveniences nearby (Sam's club, Walmart, grocery, convenience market, restaurants, pharmacy, etc.). The place is as pictured, so much space inside and outside! We did not want to leave this beautiful paradise! Our taxi driver commented when pulling up, this is a very expensive and very nice neighborhood! Don't wait, book this place , you'll be glad you did!

I enjoyed my first time in mexico. I loved the location of the place since it was very safe. I walked outside every night and never did i worry about my safety.

i recommend the house, because what we liked the most is the security in the fractionation, which the host was from a day before, during and afterwards very attentive to us and our needs. The house is comfortable, comfortable, it has everything you need from glasses, cups and pans, to washing machine, iron and parking. in conclusion we would be back with my whole family on site.

... spending a few days at Gabriel's house has been a very special experience. I arrived very late after missing my flight. No problem - I'll wait until midnight. I was starving. No problem - he took me to his favorite taqueria. I didn't have the money to pay. No problem - he lent me money. What to do in Mexico? No problem - he recommended many things outside of what the tourist guides say. So - very special! Then the house: very spacious, very clean and very nice with its patio Thank you very much

We really enjoyed our stay here, we felt like locals and for a great price. The studio has everything you could need. You’re right by the mall with many shops and restaurants. It does get noisy some days with the music from restaurants but nothing too crazy.. The host let us check in early which was a pro. The only thing that we noticed was that the window above the shower has a window pan missing and we were worried about someone looking inside. We highly recommend this place! :) thank you Alexandra.

The place is very well located since we arrived, there are shops very close and food that they bring to the house. Everything in the house was very nice, but it lacked lighting. It had several burnt-out bulbs and there is little lighting in the bedrooms. But the beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms have hot water. As I went with children, it is a single level and it was perfect 🥰

Private villa, perfect to hang back in a group. Neighbors are very quiet. Pool and beach right at your doorstep, what else could you want!? Quick walk next door to the ferry to Isla Mujeres. Will definitely come back!

We had an amazing stay at this property! Paola and Gerardo were exceptional hosts who went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable trip. They recommended a variety of things to do in Mexico and helped us arrange everything—from a private chef and transportation to booking our excursions. The highlight was definitely the private yacht trip to Isla Mujeres—an unforgettable experience with stunning views and delicious food. The service at the house was also outstanding. Paola’s mom was incredibly attentive and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The home was spotless, and we felt very safe thanks to the 24-hour security. We also really enjoyed relaxing by the pool, especially with the beautiful weather. This was a perfect place to stay with friends and family, and we highly recommend it!

Yashmina’s place is quiet and has great amenities. The south side of the island is quiet and remote. Plenty of cooking space and all the equipment you need to cook a nice meal. We ate all our meals in Punta Norte as the few restaurants in Punta Sur closed early. The downtown area was perfect for supper and breakfast. Taxi drivers drive us right up to the walkway to the home. My daughter and I stayed and we appreciated the locked gate as the walkway to the gate was a little dark. I’d recommend having the taxi driver drive into the walkway. We had quiet nights and the beds were comfortable. We didn’t spend much time in the onsite pools but if my husband and I had gone we would have for sure!! Monse and Yashmina were very responsive and helpful. Monse even provided taxi service a few times.

Me and my family have stayed here before. It’s such a great place to stay a night before heading to the airport. The distance to the airport is an out 15 minutes is the key to why this place was great for me and my family. The place is just like the photos and it’s walkable to the grocery, restaurants and local food vendors.

We loved this condo! We loved that we could walk to 2 restaurants just outside of the gates and a pharmacy /corner store. Just a walk across the street was a ferry dock and beach with bar that we loved as well. The security at the condo gates made us feel very safe and were always friendly and helpful even calling us a taxi. The condo itself was in a beautiful complex. pool with a dock at the back where our fishing charter picked us up. Inside the condo we noticed the water pressure was bad which caused one of the toilets to struggle to fully flush. There were a few sugar ants in the kitchen not so many that it was gross. They just happen in tropical climates. The water jugs were empty which meant we had to buy. All of the ACs worked great at night when sleeping! The place is not perfect but we loved the space. The couch was a little dirty and felt pretty worn out (I wouldn’t want to sleep on it). Host was amazing, always responsive, met us at condo when we landed to get us checked in

Very well located apartment in a very nice area, spacious, tidy, safe, comfortable, easy to access, a few meters from public transport stops, restaurants and supermarkets and beaches a few minutes walk. Adequate value for money and totally in accordance with the description and photos published. The hosts are always attentive, very kind and provide information. In short, recommended.

Super energy, great stay The directions were great and we were greeted in front of the house. Everything was explained to us exactly and showed us. The accommodation was very tidy, clean, bright, very inviting. We felt comfortable immediately. The view is awesome, but I also liked the flair of the back of the house, so the view from the bedrooms. There was 1 canister of water ready and on request a second one came directly. We were taken directly to the supermarket in Cancun by the owner to do a big shop. Food in Cancun is very expensive in my opinion. The rooms are super divided with the 2 bathrooms and the furnishings, great. At night, the beach was loud: people, music and motorcycle shows. It's only fair to mention this for people who have a light sleep. After 2 glasses of Mexican wine, I slept well, but my mother heard everything every night. Beach directly at the door as well as restaurants, market

Zair's place was great! It was exactly what I needed for a week long stay. Playa Caracol was just a walk away (although Sargassum season is no joke). Nearby all the night life if thats what you're interested in, but you dont hear ANY of the noise (you can literally just stumble home). UBERS do work in Mexico, so its an easy uber away to all of the malls, restaurants, other beaches (I recommend Playa Langosta - very expansive, lots of space to put down a towel and just relax OR get on the ferry to Isla Mujeres - MUST DO). The unit Itself was very chill. The AC was very cold, the blinds blocked out the sun. Theres plenty of spare blankets around the unit to layer if you're too cold. Shower pressure was great. The only thing that was kinda difficult was the hot plate/stove thing. Difficult to use/understand. Other than that, really great stay. There is someone at the front desk all the time, It felt very safe. Walking distance to Starbucks, grocery store, restaurants. Zair was wonderful!
