Family-friendly holiday rentals in Hotel Zone

This was my second time staying at Nancy’s place. I love that it’s clean and modern, Steps to pool/beach and groceries, and safe with security. Nancy is the best host - she arranged pickup and drop off to the airport for me. This is a hidden gem for anyone looking to enjoy Cancun - I’ll definitely be back a third time!

El anfitrión fue increíblemente atento, siempre pendiente de cualquier detalle para asegurarse de que nuestra estancia fuera perfecta. El lugar está hermoso, muy bien cuidado y decorado con mucho gusto. Cada detalle del alojamiento hace que te sientas como en casa. El condominio es un espacio muy agradable para estar, con un ambiente tranquilo y seguro que nos permitió disfrutar al máximo de nuestros días en Cancún. Definitivamente, recomendaría este lugar ampliamente a cualquier persona que busque una estancia cómoda, bien ubicada y con un anfitrión excepcional. Sin duda, es un lugar al que me encantaría regresar en el futuro. ¡Gracias por todo! 🌴✨

Robin’s place was perfect for our multi-generation family holiday. The simple studio apartment on the ground floor was perfect for me and my little kids, and the more luxurious apartment upstairs was very comfortable for grandparents and aunt&uncle! The pool and backyard were tidied daily (the pool was so refreshing and a big hit with the kids), and the beach was just a quick walk over the road. We were perfectly situated for a relaxing and peaceful family trip. Robin organized a van and driver to drive us to and from the airport, and a chef took cook dinners for us — which was such a treat! Robin was super responsive and friendly and always very quick to reply. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to others!

Absolutely loved the place. The views from every floor are spectacular! Great location away from the busier side of the island. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed. The host helped arrange a golf cart for us too. Highly recommend!!

Gaby was amazing throughout our stay. She stayed in contact, answered our questions and went above and beyond when we needed something printing. The house is clean and tidy with a well equipped kitchen and three bathrooms. Gaby has gone out of her way to make you feel at home with extra special touches like a range of hats, sun lotion and insect spray, buckets and spades for the kids all available. The pool area is beautiful. We loved spending time out there and in the jacuzzi. The sign on the wall says that she is always happy to answer questions and this is really true. we loved our stay and would recommend it to everybody.

Nuestra estadía fue excelente! La ubicación del dpto es buenísima, además de estar en todas la comodidades del Resort frente a la playa , tenes un centro comercial frente al hotel El dpto cuenta con todas las comodidades, es igual a la foto Sin duda volvería a hospedarme!

Above everything else, Angel is a excellent host who really communicates so well and cares about your time and experience you have at his home! The apartment is perfect for everything you need and location is close enough to most popular things in the hotel zone, even by walking through the former golf course as a short cut. Angel reached out to us to offer a solution beneficial to us both for the few days in-between two separate stays at his apartment with a discounted rate, which was really helpful! . Le logement correspond parfaitement à la description et est très pratique. L’arrivée très ludique bec des explications claires. Correspond parfaitement à un logement utiles pour familles ou groupes d’amis. Les point de récupération des activités en bus ne sont pas loin ce qui est très pratique. Bravo à Raul et Elisa qui ont veiller par message à ce que le séjour ce soit dérouler au mieux possible. Merci beaucoup, je recommande 100%

Fantastic location just steps from the beach and close to all the popular clubs, with plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The place stays cool with strong AC, perfect for staying comfortable even on the hottest days. It’s an ideal spot for experiencing Cancunwithout paying resort prices especially great for longer stays.

My second week staying here, Jorge & his mom are the BEST hosts!!! Never any issue with communication (very fast!), always willing to answer questions. This place is GORGEOUS!!! If you are not familiar with this type of area, it will look like your renting a concrete box - do NOT let the exterior fool you! Behind those walls are beautiful landscapes, very quiet, very private and super safe! It's very safe to walk, very peaceful, you have conveniences nearby (Sam's club, Walmart, grocery, convenience market, restaurants, pharmacy, etc.). The place is as pictured, so much space inside and outside! We did not want to leave this beautiful paradise! Our taxi driver commented when pulling up, this is a very expensive and very nice neighborhood! Don't wait, book this place , you'll be glad you did!

Great home in a nice area of cancun. many shops within walking distance, and a short drive or Uber to the hotel district and beaches. we stayed in two houses on the street for a family reunion and we loved our time there.

very cosy place close to everything you need in cancun. the little dogs were so cute and friendly. the place was nice and clean. Will definitely return when I'm in cancun!

I’ve stayed at Maria’s place three times already, and every time has been perfect. The apartment is very clean, bright, and exactly as described. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay — from kitchenware to all the little details that make a difference. Maria is a wonderful host: always available, attentive, and very kind. I especially appreciate the convenient and safe location — a quiet neighborhood with everything nearby: shops, cafes, and public transport. It truly feels like home. Highly recommended!

Carlos is a very attentive and responsive host. He met us personally and helped us get our multiple suitcases into the apartment so we could settle in and feel right at home. He went out of his way to honor our requests and make sure we were comfortable. You really could not find a more gracious host! The apartment was spacious enough to accommodate the 3 adults plus one cat. I liked the fact that there was ample parking in the guarded parking lot for our rental car. Having said that, there are lovely restaurants nearby within walking distance in case you do not want to rent a car. The beach is also at a walkable distance from the condominium. But once you see the pool, you may never want to leave! It is huge and pristine with very relaxing, well maintained environs. We spent many happy moments relaxing there during our almost 3 week stay at Playa Linda. Many thanks to Carlos for a memorable stay. You really went the extra mile for us, and I will be forever grateful.

El lugar está muy limpio y práctico para llegar, cercano a varias atracciones turísticas, Ofelia es una señora muy amable y siempre permaneció al pendiente de nuestra estancia, volvería a hospedarme con ella.

Nous avons trouvé l’endroit hyper facilement, c’est tranquille, ce que nous avons beaucoup aimé. Il y a une belle piscine à proximité et la plage est superbe. La vue de la chambre est tout simplement à couper le souffle! Tout était parfait, Rodrigo communique super bien et répond vite. La seule chose que nous n’avions pas dans le logement c’est un linge à vaisselle et des débarbouillettes pour la douche. Sinon, le reste c’était vraiment bien! Je conseille à vous tous cet endroit.

If you want an amazing location in Cancun without all the party crowd, this is the place for you. Amazing view, private pool and beach are just down the steps (steep) from your balcony. And they're an on-site restraunt and bar at the pool. This place isn't fancy, but the view and pool make it well worth the price.

Our family of 3 really enjoyed our stay. The on site restaurant provided options for drinks , snacks and meals. The area was very safe. It was easy to check in and we had an easy time taking the local bus to the strip. The stop is directly in front of the entrance. The beach was beautiful, the pool was relaxing. It was nice having the kitchen to prepare some meals. All utensils and then some are provided. A local shop Oxox ( like 7-11) is a few minutes up the street for anything you want to grab. There are several restaurants in walking distance. We sometimes like to avoid the hotel strip completely and Abdel’s place gives you that option.We look forward to returning
