The apartment is in mint condition, has rural modern furnishings and is very well equipped. Frasdorf lies at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the Alpine foothills. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. The three brand new tiny houses are located in a small quiet village near Lake Simsee. In the area, many excursions can be made on foot or by bike to the surrounding lakes, between typical Bavarian countryside. Each house has one bedroom for two people. There is a sofa bed for an occupancy of 4. There is a barbecue area in the communal garden. From Bad Endorf train station it is about 50 minutes to Munich or Salzburg.

Ma Bastide - your little kingdom in beautiful Bavaria

Ma Bastide is located in Bad Endorf, which is also called the gateway to Chiemgau. Bad Endorf itself has a lot to offer and has a 1A transport connection to Munich or Salzburg. Just minutes from Ma Bastide is a wonderful thermal spa that invites you to relax. In the "Gut Immling," art and culture lovers will also get their money's worth. The Simseeklinik and the spa gardens are also close to the property.

The modernly furnished vacation apartment "Beim Nik with Wanderreitstation" is located in Almertsham, a district of Höslwang in Chiemgau, in one of the most beautiful areas of Upper Bavaria, on a horse farm surrounded by numerous lakes and hills. Pony riding is available and guests can bring their own horse to the farm and explore the fantastic view of the Chiemgau alpine panorama high on horseback.
