The cottage is simple and personally decorated. Still with some of the atmosphere from '67 when it was built. It is located on a large natural plot (3,000 m2) in a protected cottage area, close to Gudenåen with access to a common area with a jetty and its own canoe. The forest, Mossø and the heather hills are just around the corner. On the property, there is an annex that we ourselves have for our products. Sverre is a ceramist and Anne Mette is a weaver. We live (and work) in the neighboring house and are always available when we are home.

The sloping walls and the visible ceiling beams make the apartment completely unique for a shorter or longer stay. Enjoy one of the many events in the cultural city of Horsens. All within walking distance. Short distance to the train station, the prison, city center, Fitness X and the very popular Bygholm park if you have time for a walk in the countryside.

Beautiful home (year 2020) in a very unique location. Located right down to the water with its own sandy beach and where you can swim all year round. The accommodation contains a sauna with a window to the water, from which you can really enjoy the view of the calm water while completely disconnecting. The house also has 3 canoes/kayaks and associated life jackets, so you can enjoy one of Denmark's largest lakes, which is also connected to the Gudenåen. You can also fish directly from the house, as the lake is rich in fish.

Guest house with ocean view

Start the day with coffee on the terrace and enjoy the beautiful view of the fjord. Take a walk in the garden, where there are two small lakes and lots of nature to explore. Only 800 meters from the house you will find the sea, which offers beautiful walks along the water all year round. In less than 10 minutes drive is Juelsminde, a cozy coastal town, cafes and some of the area's ice cream. You can also go to Snaptun, from where ferries sail to the peaceful islands of Hjarnø and Endelave – perfect for a day trip in nature.

Gudenå Annex

Relax with the family in this peaceful home close to Gudenåen. We are a family of two adults and our 3 children, aged 2-8, who rent out our extra guest house/annex in the garden. You will enter our private garden and, during your stay with us, will share the garden with us as a common area. There is also the possibility that you can be a little more private, as you will have your own terrace attached to the annex. Of course, we respect if you want it more private, but playing children in the garden can occur.😊

Small cozy apartment with private entrance located on the lower floor of a lovely summerhouse in the 1st row to Mossø. The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen/living room with a sofa bed, a dining area and all the facilities for basic cooking, as well as a private bathroom with a shower. There is a covered terrace and from nature/peculiar access to the lake by stairs. You will have a cozy apartment in our basement with a private entrance, the opportunity to cook in the kitchen (fridge and Micro/regular oven) and otherwise enjoy the many opportunities the city offers. Extra bed available, so you can be 3-4 people No pets allowed, but we have a cat.
