Newly built house from 2018 with pool, can be heated for a fee. It is located in a children's neighborhood with the forest just in the background (50m). In addition, there is a playground for the children with cable car, swings, and climbing frame 50m from the house. You can see the playground from the covered terrace. Rema 1000 is located within walking distance 400m. Large kitchen and living room, 2 bathrooms incl. bathtub. 1 bedroom and 2 rooms, utility room with laundry facilities. NO ANIMALS!

Wonderful villa with pool

Lovely private villa in a quiet area, with a lovely garden with swimming pool and outdoor kitchen. In Østbirk, 30 minutes from Aarhus, 30 minutes from Vejle, 30 minutes from Silkeborg and 15 minutes to Skanderborg and Horsens, is our lovely house where there is room to be you. Whether you want to explore the beautiful nature, go on excursions to vibrant Aarhus or visit some of the amazing attractions in the area (e.g. Legoland, Legohouse, Lalandia, Givskud Zoo, Aqua).

An outdoor seating area features a rectangular dining table surrounded by four yellow chairs, set on a patterned brick patio. Green foliage frames the scene, and modern lighting fixtures are attached to the building's exterior, contributing to a relaxing atmosphere.

Large villa for lovers of the sea, 12 km from the center of Aarhus.

Large, nice, newly renovated villa with established garden. Plenty of space (336 m2) The light rail is about 250 m from the house (where there are also shopping and bakery) and takes you directly to the main train station in Aarhus in 15 min. The house is very level and therefore not suitable for people with walking difficulties or very young children. However, it is possible to block off stairs to the upper floor. We only rent the house out when we are away.

A compact sleeping area features a lofted bed with a striped blanket and a cozy seating nook below. Several round mirrors adorn the white walls, and a soft fur throw is placed on a small bench. A minimalist light fixture provides subtle illumination.
