Only 800 meters from the house you will find the sea, which offers wonderful walks along the water all year round. In under 10 minutes drive is Juelsminde, a cozy coastal town, cafes, and some of the area's best ice cream. You can also go to Snaptun, from where ferries sail to the peaceful islands of Hjarnø and Endelave – perfect for a day out in nature.

Nearby, there is a golf course, forest, great nature experiences and the opportunity to swim by the beach.

Bring your family or friends to this lovely place with plenty of room for coziness, fun, and an active leisure life. The listing is in extension of the Padel Laden, where fields can be booked for a fee. Don't forget to book courses well in advance. We're happy to help with that. Within walking distance is Rude Strand (1.8km) and Saksild Strand (3km) some of Østjylland's best beaches. In the summer it's full of life-ishouses, food trucks, and mini golf. The apartment has its own bike shed that can be locked.

You can rent this small cozy cottage for your and your family's vacation. The house is 48 m2, it is built in 2018, contains living room/kitchen bedroom with double bed, bathroom with washing machine and dryer. In connection with the large terrace there is a nice annex with 3/4 sleeping places. You must bring your own linen, towels, etc.

Idyllic apartment in the countryside

Sit back and relax in this quiet and stylish home in scenic surroundings. Attractions: Close to the coast, close to Saksild beach and Hou Marina. 4 km to the center of Odder, 20 km to Aarhus (approx. 35 min. by light rail). 20 km to the Prison in Horsens (museum and cultural center). 10 km to Vilhelmsborg. 18 km to Skanderborg. 15 km to Mosegaard Museum. LEGOland and Djurs Sommerland are located approx. 1 hour drive from here. There are several places with the possibility of fishing nearby.

Cosy guest house, which is an independent building on the old school . The flat is 51m2 and has a lovely south-facing private 28m2 terrace. Combined kitchen and living room, a toilet/bath, an entry hall and a bedroom with one queen size bed and two bunk beds. The terrace is furnished with garden furniture, and there is wifi, tv, cromecast and parking near the entry door. Two extra beds can be made in the living room. Bonfire hut, tarzan track, hammocks and a large garden with playground.

The villa is located in cozy Mårslet, where you can find supermarkets and pizzerias. There are nice walking and biking routes in the area, and not far to the beach. There are frequent tram and bus connections from Mårslet to Aarhus city (free if you have AarhusCARD). Please note that I only rent the house to families.
