We immediately felt at home here. The accommodation is lovingly furnished, everything we needed was available. We also slept very well, as the bedrooms were relatively dark. The communication was flawless, the check in worked smoothly. Thank you for the wonderful time, we would book here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this pristine cottage with beautiful surroundings. The cottage was cozy and comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed and we enjoyed our stay. Host was responsive and friendly. Would love to be back here.

Our first Air BnB thatcame with smiles and handshakes! Helga and her husband are not only great hosts but great people as well. The communication back and forth was quick and easy. Any question we we got an answer instantly... and follow her directions not google! The farm is on one of the most beautiful pieces of land with the most outstanding views, yet a very short to town, grocery store, etc. The space had everything we needed, including a very spacious shower with hot water for days! The bed was very comfy but our favorite room was the living area with all the awesome views. My husband and I now have a joke that Helga turned on the Northern Lights for us... after 8 nights in Iceland with no lights we were able to experience this phenomenon right out the front door. Thanks Helga! Don’t hesitate to book when staying in Akureyri, we hope to be back again one day!

This was a wonderful stay. We enjoyed a peaceful soak. It was so private and peaceful. An amazing stop on our journey.
