The quaint town of Sandpoint, with local shops and restaurants, is a 5 min drive or a 15 min bike ride. The Bay Trail, a 1.5 mile off-leash gravel trail along Lake Pend Oreille, is a 10 minute walk from the apartment.

For our "get outside" guests, you can access the lake and biking/walking paths right outside the door or a short 13 mile drive to explore the beauty of our destination ski area- Schweitzer Mountain Resort.
