CJ's place was great and very comfortable. The location was ideally situated in the center of downtown Birmingham with easy access to attractions, restaurants, and everything we needed for this trip. The unit was clean, free parking was in the nearby garage, and CJ's instructions were very helpful. CJ was very friendly and went the extra mile to ensure everything was satisfactory by checking in with me via messaging at appropriate stages during my stay. I highly recommend his place for your next visit to Birmingham.

Great place. Looked just like the description. Simple and clean. Tons of bars and restaurants in walking distance so we were able to hang out and walk back to the place which was awesome. Parking was a little chaotic but definitely not a deal breaker. I’d without a doubt stay here again.

If you see this available , you’ll be hard pressed to find better value. After hours of research of the market in the surrounding area, I continue to come back to this place. Make sure you have the Latch app pre-downloaded to expedite check in. Other than that, check ins and check outs don’t get much smoother than this! I also keep coming back because the residence has a very nice decked out fitness area open to residents. You will be provided the latch access to get in, and then have lots of dumbbells , kettle balls , yoga mats, cardio machines, and machine weights ! A full spin room with a tv to play a spin class is available , as well as yoga classes on Wednesdays 🫶🏽 a cute place with great value, give it a shot and you won’t regret it 🫶🏽

The location was premier. Within a mile or so of most of the downtown restaurants, and next to several other entertainment options. Parking for this unit was perfect. You have a designed parking spot in the parking garage for the complex. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the downtown Birmingham area.

We booked Faith’s place due to a barons game Friday. Luckily, the apartment was literally right in front of the field so not only was the apartment in walking distance but was located near a Publix and a lot of good eats. We had a magnificent view of the firework show and to top it off. There was another barons game the next day. The space was very clean and the interior design was very nice. I was a tad frustrated during arrival but Faith even offered to come let me in since I was having issues (my fault) but I would definitely recommend booking! You will not be disappointed.

Marvin was highly responsive and helpful. The space was just as shown, the rooftop common area was great, what a cool old building with a modern twist.

It was such a great stay! Convenient location, everything we needed, and felt so relaxed there. Our host Kathleen was so kind and helped us out! We will definitely book here again next time.

Kathleen’s place was the perfect spot for me and my two Weimaraners. They are like children to me. All they want is a place to watch TV and relax on their doggy mat. They are not high maintenance nor do they bark. I needed a place to get ready for a wedding and a bridal luncheon. Kathleen‘s place was stocked with coffee and clean towels and linens. It was a beautiful place. Although I didn’t need all the amenities, I could definitely see how it would be a great place to come back and spend a few days visiting family in Birmingham. It’s also a prime location to stay and go to great restaurants nearby. Also, you’re on a high floor at the end and it’s so quiet. I slept like a baby. So did my sweet baby dogs. Not one peep from them. Also, if you’re worried about walking your dog, it’s so easy. I’ll definitely be back when I have the time to spend and enjoy the city. It’s a great value. I highly recommend her condo. There’s even a really nice workout facility. How amazing! 5 stars

The best Airbnb I stayed in, the place was very clean everything is just like the pictures. Very private and quiet area, walkable to some bars and restaurants , Frothy monkey has wonderful food. Kathleen very friendly and responsive. 10/10 i highly recommend and I will definitely book here again

We enjoyed our two night stay. Everything was very clean and neat. Great place to stay and good location. i recommend a fan or ceiling fan in each room to move the air around.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Loved that it had a private locked parking lot. We were easily able to walk around the city. It was a large cozy apartment with a beautiful view!

Eddie was able to accommodate my stay on short notice and on a rainy night. Thanks to him, I was fortunate to not be left in the cold. Close to the airport and close to the restaurants and bars around. From the moment I walked in, I knew I made the right decision on staying here. The private balcony was a nice bonus.

If anyone misses out on Cordell listing, their heart should be broken. He was top tier. Every time I reached out to him, he answered the phone or replied to a message right away. I will definitely book with him again. The distance from downtown and local attractions was 10 minutes or less.

Jay was a great host. The home was fantastic and in a beautiful neighborhood. Jay was available at all times and helped make our stay for the week relaxing and stress free.

This house was pure magic! From the moment we stepped inside, it felt warm, vibey, and incredibly inviting. The design and decor were stunning—each room felt like its own little adventure, full of charm and personality. We loved discovering all the hidden details and thoughtful touches tucked throughout the home. It was also super comfortable, with everything we needed to relax and feel right at home. The location couldn't have been better—close to everything, but still peaceful and private. Truly a special place. We’re already planning our return. Highly recommend!
