Beach cottage 30min from Tampere #Kutalan Helmi#

A spacious log cabin by the lake, completed in 2000, about 30 minutes from Tampere! Location in the sympathetic village of Kutala on the shore of fishy Kulovesi in a sheltered bay. A landscape house has been built for the cottage in autumn 2025. The outdoor lighting has also been renewed and you now have Philips Hue lighting, which gives you bright white or, alternatively, lighting in line with the season's theme for the entire outdoor area. In addition, all the kitchen appliances in the cottage have been replaced (including the induction stove and the convection oven).

The cottage has all the basic amenities: electricity, running water, air conditioning, a modern kitchen, a shower, a toilet, a wood-fired sauna, a gas barbecue, a large terrace and a private rowing boat. Stay in a cosy and tidy cottage surrounded by the countryside. Fine beach 4 km away. Suitable for short and longer stays for business and pleasure. Spacious yard for cars. Great location near the road in Laitila, all the way to the asphalt road. The road passing from the front yard is visible with the trees without leaves. In the sheltered backyard, cozy deck, gas grill. The cottage has amenities; air source heat pump, indoor toilet, shower, sauna, washing machine, heating. Fireplace. Rauma 28.5 km and Uki 18.5 km.

Cozy studio with a wood-fired sauna

A cosy, modern studio apartment, completed in 2025, in a separate courtyard building of a detached house, just 3 km from the centre, close to nice outdoor trails. Pets are welcome. The apartment has a fridge with a small freezer, an oven, a stove, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, a capsule coffee maker and a cooling unit. A wood-fired sauna and a fireplace can be heated on request. Possibility to charge an electric car (type 2). Separate charging fee of €8/charge. Check-in from 2 pm, check-out at 11 am.

Ainola of Askaisten Prännäri

In this unique place, you can relax in the tranquility of the countryside while staying in the courtyard of a local small bakery. During your visit, you may get to see the charming roastery. The house is located on a sheltered plot, next to which cows graze. Prännärin Ainola is located a few kilometers from Saariston Rengastie and the services of Askaisten, not forgetting the culturally and historically significant Louhisaari Castle. Here you can take a breather or stay longer.

Atmospheric moments in the peace and quiet of the countryside!

Our own little gem with modern amenities! Delightful old spirited Villa Hebro countryside with good transportation! The surrounding nature, fresh air, and forest animals in the yard make the place magical! Come relax and enjoy! In the yard, there are berry bushes and apple trees for the tenants to enjoy! You collect berries and mushrooms from the nearby forests. A break from everyday life is crowned by a barrel sauna with a landscape window!

Idyllic accommodation in the countryside

Idyllic and peaceful accommodation in farmland with basic amenities and good access. Here you can enjoy the peace of the countryside and admire the cows and sheep next door. The year around livable house is located in Pyhäranta, County of Ihode. Distances: Ihode-Rauma 16km, Ihode-Laitila 14km, Ihode-Turku 70km. Possibility for longer rental. You can also ask about renting the place for family gatherings and happenings.

The cottage is located on a large 3.5-hectare lot in a secluded area surrounded by small ponds. You can enjoy the gentle heat of the wood sauna and then relax in the warm water of the hot tub. At sunset, you can see moose, deer, and other forest animals grazing in the nearby field from the terrace. You can also head to the nearby forests to pick mushrooms and berries and prepare dinner from them. Small pets are allowed!

Villa Senna

High-quality cottage in Virtta's cottage village in Loimaa. Good hiking trails and also a golf course and Alastaro's motor track nearby. Säkylä's Pyhäjärvi is about 20 km away. The cottage is well equipped with, for example, a complete kitchen, mechanical ventilation, a drying cabinet for clothes, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a gas grill and a sauna. Hot tub for rent 80€/fill.

Villa Ropa's small but modern cabins are located in a quiet area by the old sand dunes in Laitila. Each cabin has its own pond, its own beach, a wood-fired sauna, a lean-to, a wooden deck chair and a large terrace. The cabins are not visible from other cabins, so you can enjoy the tranquillity of nature in complete privacy here.

Pond, clean water, sand bottom, amazing Finnish sauna. There is a queen size bed and a sofa which fits two people. There is a seperate entrance to the sauna, which has a shower and bathtub. The sauna is used also by us. We have deer that are kept in a fenced in area.
