Remember to bring your own bed linen/towels. It is possible to rent bed linen/towels for NOK 50 each. Upon departure, you must clean all rooms and wash kitchen utensils so that the apartment is ready for the next guest. Trondheim is 25 km away and Trondheim Airport is 7 km away. The bus stop "Solbakken" is 5 min away and the train station "Hommelvik" is 1.7 km away.

Free parking by the road and only 1 minute walk down a small hill to the house. The jacuzzi cost extra to use, depends on how many days. No smoking and no parties.

The cabin in the woods is located on Byneset in Trondheim municipality. Nice view of Trondheim fjord and rich wildlife. Close to Byneset golf at Spongdal. 30 min drive by car to Trondheim. The road to the cabin is somewhat steep and winding. In winter, the road is cleared and salted. It is an advantage to have a good winter car.

Grønberg farm is located in scenic surroundings by the sea. It was built in 1910 and was fully renovated in 2015/2016. The house is preserved according to the regional Directorate of Cultural Heritage, has a modern bathroom and kitchen, but retains its original atmosphere.
