Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Homestead

Alex place was great! Was just what we needed prior to our cruise. Was close to the port, and the pool and outside area was perfect. Would definitely stay again!

The property was beautiful just as photographed. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful.

I highly recommend to book with Erika, I never experienced such a well host that goes beyond for her guest that stay in her house. I felt very supported during my stay. And Erika was amazing with serving us in the best way as possible. I would definitely book again and refer people to this location.

We loved our stay at Gaby’s place! It was spacious and clean, and the duplex neighbors (Gaby’s parents) were so kind to our kids. We used Homestead as a jumping off point for the Everglades, the Keys, and Biscayne National Park, and were pleased by the tasty local food options and quiet neighborhood. Gaby was a great communicator.

We had a fantastic stay! Gee was incredibly responsive, understanding, and clear in all her communications, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. The place was exactly as pictured - clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. The backyard setup for kids was absolute gold! It was a slide, swings, basketball rim, pool, and clubhouse, it felt like a private little playground! I really appreciated the attention to detail. Highly recommend staying here for anyone reading this!

The place was amazing—super clean, in a great location, and very quiet, which made for a relaxing stay. We really enjoyed our time there. The only small suggestion would be to add a little coffee table in front of the couch. It would make it easier to place drinks and avoid the worry of spilling anything. we came for the F1 race. good spot located conveniently for the stadium and FL airport. place was exactly as advertised. little complicated to get registered, especially after 5p, but instructions were very clear and allowed us to be prepared. Pete communicates thoroughly and answers any questions. place had everything we needed and then some. even some supplies to take to beach if needed. highly recommend! will definitely come back when in town for Dolphins games.

Hillary is an excellent host and the apartment is very comfortable, organized and clean. I would only recommend being much clearer on entry to the site. It's probably easy for young people who drive technology to get in, suddenly seniors can't make it so easy. Example : Internal apartment access board.

The apartment is exactly as described. This is a tremendous place to relax, recover and enjoy the sunny isles of Florida. Fernando and team were incredibly gracious and responsive. Would definitely stay there again (hopefully very soon)

We recently stayed at this lovely apartment in Sunny Isles, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt at home. The clean, modern, and thoughtfully decorated space creates a relaxing and inviting atmosphere. The large windows let in tons of natural light, making the apartment bright and airy. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the beach, local restaurants, and convenience stores, yet still peaceful and quiet at night. The host was incredibly attentive and responsive, quickly addressing any questions I had and offering great recommendations for places to visit in the area. The kitchen was well-equipped, and having a washer and dryer in the apartment was a major plus. The building also offered secure parking, which was a bonus in this area. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Sunny Isles. I’m already looking forward to coming back!
