Awesome, clean and beautiful place to stay. Christoph is always responsive, he met us at check-in, it was really smooth. I requested for sofa to be setup beforehand, and it is exactly what happened. Nice flowers, chocolate candies, cookied as well as beers in the fridge. The garage carpark with lift is just great. The washing machine was also helpful for our laundry. My wife mentioned it was just simply “perfect”. Thanks again for hosting us, and offer to give extended late check out, we really appreciated 😊

Quiet, very clean, functionally furnished accommodation for overnight stays. Easily accessible from the motorway, but also ideal for excursions to Munich or Lake Tegernsee. A beautiful Bavarian place with everything you need!

The accommodation was spectacular, I would say that the photos do not do justice to what the place and the neighborhood really are, since it was wonderful. Despite being a little remote from everything, it helped us to be calm, relax and from there go out to our visiting destinations. I would definitely come back again.

this is how Airbnb should be - wonderful! everything great! very nice apartment, everything there, very lovingly and beautifully furnished, good beds, great location, very nice contact! Unfortunately, we were only there for one night. But you can stay longer and simply feel good! Thank you, Sabine!
