Welcome to our self-contained hilltop studio surrounded by fields and panoramic views over the Northumbrian coast. A place to unwind and reconnect with nature. Located within walking distance of a remote outstretched beach and just a few miles from the coastal village of Alnmouth and historical village of Warkworth. Alnmouth train station is only a 5 minute drive. From here you can travel directly to Edinburgh in 1 hour. The studio features an open plan sleeping/ living area with a kitchen.

1 East Kyloe Cottage

Escape to the Northumberland coast for big skies and magnificent beaches. This comfortable 3 bedroom cottage is situated on a working farm, with St Cuthbert’s, St Oswald’s and the Sandstone way passing through. With Lindisfarne, Bamburgh, Alnwick and Berwick-upon-Tweed nearby there is plenty to keep everyone entertained. After a day of exploring, return to the cottage to relax and unwind in front of the wood burning stove. Secure storage of bikes and kayaks can be available on request.

Haggerston Castle Lakeside Luxury Lodge

Enjoy some luxury in this top-of-the-range Pemberton Rivendale Lodge. This large 20ft x 40ft lodge (the size of two caravans) is on the lake-front and has a huge south-facing wraparound decking which is the biggest on park. Complete with rattan garden furniture which means you can comfortably enjoy the sunshine all day long. This lodge has a high specification interior complete with a fully fitted kitchen including American-Style fridge freezer, full-size dishwasher and washer-dryer.

The Annex in Belford tiny place with a big heart

The Annex is a 260yr old listed building originally a tiny hay barn, recently renovated to a high standard that provides our guests with a comfortable stay with light breakfast included and is perfect for that well deserved break. Please note this is adults only. Because of size of Annex. WE CANT ACCEPT LARGE DOGS. unfortunately there isn’t enough room. But we love seeing all the different dogs who come on their holidays happily enjoying themselves in the very safe fenced courtyard.

The Sanctuary. Sleeps 1 or 2 self catering.

The Sanctuary, is a secluded self catering cabin set in a private walled garden, ideal for anyone who wants to get away and retreat for a while. There is a private access to the cabin through the garden gate. The garden is shared with the owners and 3 friendly dogs. The cabin is fitted out for use of one person or two people sharing (a single or twin). It has an on-suite shower and toilet, and a kitchenette fully equipped. The cabin has emergency lighting and USB charging points.

The Black Triangle Cabin

The Black Triangle Cabin is a peaceful getaway situated on our property just outside of Jedburgh, a historic town in the heart of the Scottish Borders. The Cabin sleeps 2 people in a king size bed, with a separate living/kitchen space boasting views through the woods and across the fields. If you keep an eye out, you may see the deer that pass through regularly, or even hear our resident owl. Ideally located only an hour from Edinburgh, Newcastle and the St Abbs coastline.

If, like us, you enjoy countryside and coast then Charlie's Place could be the perfect place for you. Our pretty, traditional Northumberland cottage is in the historic village of Belford. The Northumberland Way is on our doorstep and beaches and castles galore are only a few minutes drive away. Glen Cottage 8 Fenton Hill Farm

Recently renovated semi detached cottage on our working farm. Two bedrooms, one double and one twin bedroom. Large living room, shower room and kitchen with dining area. Underfloor heating throughout the property. The perfect place to explore the hills, castles and beaches of north Northumberland. The Cheviot Hills are a 25 minute drive away and the Holy Island of Lindisfarne can be seen from the garden.
