My Dream house with views of the marsh and sunset

Our rental space has two bedrooms, living room, full bath and a mini kitchen. There is a full deck across the front of the house and a large patio off the bedrooms which is accessed though the sliders in each bedroom. This is all private space for our guests. The views from the front deck are of the great marsh along with the beautiful sunsets. With the Two bedrooms one with a queen size bed and the other with full size bed the house can have 2 to 4 people depending on sleeping arrangements.

Sharon was extremely friendly! She went out of her way to find breakfast pastries for my food allergies! Super sweet! Wonderful space, private room and bathroom. Lovely home, great location and friendly and helpful host. Felt more like a "hosted B&B or inn" rather than the more common experience I've had with Air B&B of the host being available but not a visible presence. If you are looking for a private, nonengaging experience, this might not be for you. However, if you enjoy meeting your host, we found Bob to be warm and cheery and he made us a lovely breakfast with excellent coffee. Rosy was away so we did not meet her, however, her decorating talents were much on display from the tableware to the linens and accoutrements, all of which made us feel like we were special guests.

The Hygge House was a beautiful accommodation for our last minute needs! We were coming from Boston and decided to extend our mini weekend trip another day and decided on the Hygge house. We couldn’t have been happier with our choice! The room was spotless, modern and cozy at the same time, cookware, linens, furniture was all of good high quality and clean. The smaller touches like the little book of Hygge for reading was pleasant and fun to read over breakfast with my partner. We highly recommend the Hygge House for singles or couples looking for a clean, beautiful and peaceful stay in Newburyport! We are very excited to come back and visit again soon. Thank you so much! ☺️

Joshua was an amazing host! He went above and beyond to help us out during a tough time, and he was incredibly friendly to boot. Great local recomendations! To be honest, I hesitate to leave this review because I fear letting the secret out. Joshua's place is a local hidden gem that our family would love to keep all to ourselves! An Iconic beach house in a pristine location, what more could you ask for? Don't hesitate to book here, I guarantee you will not be disappointed!! Oh! And did I mention the views? We really enjoyed staying at David's place. Everything was as advertised in the listing. The space was clean and comfortable, and check-in was a breeze. We were looking for something peaceful, and this place was perfect. The neighborhood was quiet, and the views of the sound from the sitting area and back patio were great. It was a short drive (a few miles) into Ipswich, which provided us with enough to do to see the area. Great overall visit.
