THE GLAMP is a compact 1-room lakeside cabin with a separate fully-equipped camp kitchen, large private outdoor shower, and firepit. The cabin sleeps 2 in a double Murphy bed. A 3rd guest could use the sofa in a pinch. There is a compost toilet, desk, dresser, table/chairs, patio set outside. Grill outside the kitchen. There are a furnished deck and a lounge area. Built in 2023. Our A-Frame style home is located on thirty acres of maple, oak, pine & sassafras rising out of a blanket of ferns set in the Manistee National Forest. Over a mile of well maintained hiking trail winds through the woods. This peaceful setting is only a 20-minute drive to downtown Ludington & Lake Michigan. Hosting adults only, no children or pets permitted inside the A, which is designed by a couple to create a perpetually quiet and relaxing place for other couples and ourselves.

The gazebo has a nearby compostable toliet (shared with other guests), and just a 1 minute walk on a path in the woods to the main house (where the full bathroom is that can be used 9am-8pm).
