The house is located only 1500 meters from the North Sea, making it the perfect place for those who love to spend time by the beach. Here you can enjoy the sun, swim in the sea or go on long walks along the coast. For those who want to bring their four-legged friends, pets are allowed, so the whole family can be together. Inside you will find a bright and inviting living area where you can relax after a long day. The house is equipped with wireless internet and a television with both Danish and German TV, so you can stay updated or enjoy a good movie in the evening. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a microwave, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher and a large 60 litre fridge freezer, making cooking a breeze. The bright and welcoming house is situated on a large grassy plot with plenty of space for ball games and outdoor play. The house accommodates 8 adults plus one child under 3 years old. The 175 m² home was built in 1995 and underwent major renovations in 2020. Up to two dogs are allowed. It is equipped with an energy-efficient heat pump, washing machine, and tumble dryer. There is also a freezer with an 80-liter capacity and a cozy wood-burning stove. A high chair is provided for the little ones. The property sits on a 5,000 m² natural plot, just 2,500 meters from the beach. The nearest store is about 2 km away, and a golf course is located roughly 17 km from the house. The house includes a 30 m² terrace, a swing, and parking facilities. The indoor pool area has underfloor heating and invites both fun and relaxation. There are four bedrooms with various sleeping arrangements: two double beds, two single beds, and a bunk bed, plus a crib. Between Herning and Holstebro you will find this gem. A great place for anyone who wants to be close to nature, but still within a reasonable distance of the nearest towns. We live in the house next to the annex, but we will not disturb you during your stay. You have an exit from the house to a private terrace, which is next to the annex. The pool area, sauna and garden etc. are shared with us.

North Sea Suite for 4 people of 35 square meters, where the family can enjoy themselves in front of the cozy electric fireplace. There are 2 large bedrooms, as well as a spacious and cozy kitchen/living room, as well as a large south-facing terrace where you can relax and enjoy the sound of the North Sea hitting the beach.
