Shared bathroom with owner, private toilet on the 1st floor. For the little ones, there is a weekend bed and high chair. There is access to a large fenced garden. Bed linen, towels and cleaning are included in the price. The landlord lives on the ground floor.

Indoor wood-burning stove and you can just take off the wood that is located. There is also a new heat pump/ac. There are plenty of experience options close to the neighborhood. Here you can be in peace and quiet, and be close to nature.

Accommodates 4 cars. Loan bike. Walking distance to shopping, city center, restaurants, and walking in the sweet valley. Opposite is a small playground and within a short distance a tennis court, golf course, padel and swimming pool as well as lovely bathing beaches. You can always get in touch with the owner by phone if needed.

The house has 2 terraces; one south and one west facing which ensures side space in the sun all day long. The house is located in Tvis which is a small town outside Holstebro with its own grocery store, pizzaria and several playgrounds. Tvis is surrounded by stunning nature where you will find both forest, stream and fields.
