Shared bathroom with owner, private toilet on the 1st floor. For the little ones, there is a weekend bed and high chair. There is access to a large fenced garden. Bed linen, towels and cleaning are included in the price. The landlord lives on the ground floor.

Location. Lovely, open house in the first row by the lake. The house is a brick-built villa where you rent the ground floor and first floor. (The basement is closed off.) Lovely lawn and several terraces. Space for 4 cars. Walking distance to shopping, the city centre, restaurants and a walk in the Sødalen. Diagonally opposite is a small playground, and within a short distance are a tennis court, golf course, padel court and swimming pool, as well as beautiful beaches for swimming.
