Wonderful airbnb that is a perfect location within bradenton beach. A minute walk to a beautiful beach and away from the more visited and crowded beachs on anna maria island. This place is perfect for a family. Fawn was very responsive, helpful and the flexibility on an early check in topped the cake!

Jeffery’s rental was perfect. He has such an eye for detail and it’s beautifully decorated. Our view of the ocean from the sitting area outside the rental was spectacular! The space contained everything you would possibly need and was extremely comfortable. This is our second stay at Shell Cove 1 and we highly recommend it to others.

We had a great stay at Lisa’s. It was well stocked and had everything we needed for a great stay. Would definitely recommend!

Very beautiful house within easy walking distance to the beach. It was very clean and the check in and out process was easy. My family and I had a great time. The beaches were beautiful and just a short walk from the house. The pool in the back yard was private and perfect for my family. The decor and landscaping was great! I highly recommend staying here. It was perfect!

My family and I had a fantastic week at this Paradise Palms home. The pool was clean, well-maintained, and the perfect place for us to relax and have fun. The home's proximity to the beach is great, just a short walk away, making it incredibly convenient for us to enjoy it. Eileen's home and Gail's hosting exceeded our expectations! Perfect location, just across the street from the beach path on a quiet street in my favorite A.M.I. neighborhood and beach area. The charming home has been freshly updated with lots of natural light, beautiful terrazzo floors, well-stocked kitchen and supplies, and is pristinely maintained throughout. There are generous, well-appointed amenities and thoughtful, welcome gifts which add special touches throughout the home. The several inviting indoor and outdoor living areas are spacious and nicely furnished with comfortable seating. The beds are also comfortable with high quality pillows and bedding. The bath and beach towels are plush and plentiful. Nice bikes and beach chairs are also available for one's use. We especially enjoyed our morning coffee outside watching the birds visit the birdfeeder. Considering the many years that we have visited A.M.I., Eileen's place is the most welcoming and just steps from the beach!!

We really enjoyed our stay! We stayed through tropical storm Debby and the host was very responsive to all our questions and concerns! They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was safe and comfortable! We will definitely be returning soon! Thanks for an amazing vacation!!

Words can't describe what this place looks and feels like! It is beautiful, comfortable and accessible. If you are looking for a nice place to stay and enjoy the beach and pool all day, this is the spot. It has all the necessary amenities for the trip. They do have beach chairs, cart, umbrella and beach toys. The arrival and check in was no hassle at all, had no need to contact the host, as everything was well taken care of and it had written detailed instructions for further assistance. The BEACH is extremely beautiful.

Wonderful stay at this special home. Excellent location. Perfectly laid out and well designed home. Really appreciated the separate patio area to the pool area which was very safe with kids. Walk to coffee, restaurants and beach. Quick golf cart ride around the island. 10/10 recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Rick’s place. The house and rooms were beautiful and clean. Very well decorated and had everything you could need for a great vacation with the kids and grandparents. Rick was communicative and responsive. We very much enjoyed the proximity to the beach and the pool side cabana and porch downstairs (the kids loved the pool and all the toys!). It was perfectly located on a dead-end street, so it was very quiet and peaceful. Centrally located to restaurants and a Publix within walking distance. Just a short walk to the beach! I loved Ashley’s place. This was my first solo trip away from home but Ashley’s place still felt cozy enough to be my home for the few days I was there. It’s so close to Anna Maria island that you are able to enjoy all that the area has to offer but still a distance away so that you can have a bit of quiet at night. The place was spotless and Ashley was great at responding and giving clear and concise instructions. I hope to be back in the future!

David’s home exceeded our expectations and was an excellent choice for our stay. It was conveniently located near all the beaches, restaurants, groceries, and shops, but not in the midst of the bustling city center. David even provided us with a variety of beach essentials and even bikes for our convenience. The home was spotlessly clean and well-stocked with blankets, towels, and cookware and dishes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning in the future.

As a mother traveling with kids, this place has everything you’re gonna need! Beautiful pool, cute put-put golf, beach towels, Sand toys, Sun shade, wagon, cooler, beach chairs. My girls played volleyball all week! Private houses on both sides of the unit… so it’s never crowded. We saw several manatees while swimming in the ocean and we got to witness loggerheads nesting at night! So if you’re looking for a truly relaxing vacation (for mom too) I highly recommend this unit and mostly, Heidi as a host!

Jean & Mike's beach condo on Anna Maria Island was a wonderful get-away for us after a very long winter. We loved the beach decor and all the little things that made us feel welcome and comfortable. It had everything we needed for an awesome beach vacation - chairs, umbrella, towels and a cool beach cart to carry our stuff. The pristine beach was only about 300 steps away. The condo itself had everything we needed. The bed and couches were comfy; the master bath spacious; the kitchen well-equipped. We enjoyed eating on the screened porch that overlooked a small park and being able to walk to nearby stores and restaurants. We loved watching the sunset from "our" beach or at the AMI Beach Cafe down the beach while listening to live music. Jean was a great host. She responded quickly to our questions and had plenty of recommendations on things to do and places to eat. Jean & Mike's place is one of the best AirBnBs we've stayed at and will definitely consider it the next time we visit AMI.
