Nestled in the woods yet an easy 10 minutes to the beach by car. Private parking, private bathroom, private kitchen, full size appliances, all-in-one washer/dryer, electric adjustable bed with remote, whole house backup generator. This is a duplex so there may be guests staying in the other unit. I also live in the home, but guests will not be bothered and everything is securely locked for maximum privacy. This listing is near an AF base and you can occasionally hear the sounds of weapons.
