House holiday rentals in Hollands Kroon

A really nice, well-kept and spacious house with a large property which is completely surrounded by a hedge and fence in it, so you are undisturbed and the dog can run freely. In addition, there is a large, lockable shed on the property in which bicycles can be stored, among other things. We felt very comfortable and were able to recover super!

Barry is a very friendly, easily accessible host who cares. Communication was top notch. The house is as described in the photos and text. Perhaps it should be mentioned that the stairs to the bedrooms upstairs are very steep and narrow. For us and our (big) children, this was not a problem, but with young children this could be an issue. We were very pleased with the mosquito nets and the blinds to darken in the bedrooms. The beds are comfortable. It's very quiet on the lake, even when many cottages are inhabited - a relaxed, beautiful atmosphere. The use of the TV was only a mystery to us, but after a demand from Barry everything worked well. The SUPs and boats are a highlight - our kids loved it. Water lilies and the daily visit of ducks and chickens are included. Shopping is nearby, and Barry gives good tips for things to do and getaways. Great vacation overall.

The location on the lake is very nice. The property is a little dark at the jetty, but from noon the sun is there. The kitchen is big. The beds were comfortable.

Love this place, if you driving in Netherlands, then this place is perfect. You can easily reach Amsterdam and Volendam by car from here. Recommended!

The cottage is very cozy and we felt very comfortable there. It is located in a beautiful environment with many nice walks with the dog. We could fish right outside the front door and the kids were at the large pool or football field in a few minutes by foot. For excursions to Amszerdam or Alkmaar, you can reach the train station in Anna Paulowna in 10 minutes by car, from where a train runs every 30 minutes. In Anna Paulowna there are also supermarkets, a beautiful 'Eetcafe' and a very nice zoo. In about 15 minutes you can also reach Callantsog directly on the beach, where you can also rent bicycles cheaply. It was a great urlab and I'm sure we'll be back.

Ruud's place was very cozy, elegant and modern. We enjoyed our stay and we will surely visit again if we ever decide to come to Medemblik.

We had an incredible stay ! The host was super super friendly and responsive. The apartment felt like home and it was beautifully decorated. It was clean and the host provided everything needed ! The apartment is in the middle of the city and there’s lots of restaurants. Also great for walks ! We can fully recommend to stay

We had a great week at Rebelle and Joost's place. In addition, we were always lucky with the weather and were able to spend some hours of sunshine on the terrace. From Dirkshorn we made beautiful excursions to the surrounding cities such as Alkmaar, Amsterdam, Schagen, Petten, Zandvoort ... For this, the accommodation was an ideal starting point. A very clean an bright chalet with all amenities. Plenty of privacy, loved the separate patio listening to the birds. Dishwasher in a separate room in house making it unhandy . Missed a normal floor brush only. But all in all will definitely return.

If you're looking for a peaceful place to recharge, this is the place! Surrounded by diverse and varied pets. The accommodation is beautiful and close to shops and many towns and villages to visit. Sharon is very responsive and responds immediately . Following his advice, we were able to get to Amsterdam by train. I highly recommend it!!

It was an amazing cottage! Cozy and homely. Warm welcome with all kinds of goodies.. equipped with all the comforts! A very nice quiet place with lots of privacy!

Fantastic! We were greeted very warmly by Noortje right after our arrival. The place was 100% up to our expectations. The cottage is very modern with a lot of love for detail. Noortje was always very attentive and always available for questions. We were regularly supplied with eggs from the in-house chickens, the morning omelets were the best! The place is very quiet, right on the water. If you want, you can throw the fishing rod directly from the terrace into the canal. Fantastic sunsets can be watched from the terrace, and the outdoor area is ideal for a sunny breakfast in the morning. All in all we had a perfect week at Noortje and Karl's and will be back for sure!

A nice little place in a very nice location with a terrace for sunbathing. Very nice hosts who were available for questions or recommendations. We were very pleased, gladly again.

Communication with Regina and Armin, as well as with Laura, was very friendly and hassle-free and we received all the important information early on. The kitchen was very well equipped, we lacked nothing. It was also nice that you could sit comfortably in the outdoor area. The wifi worked very well in the entire house. Only the toilet could be a challenge for larger people. We had a lovely stay and felt very comfortable.
