Our 200 year old city villa offers 200m2 of living space on 2 floors and can accommodate up to 8 people. Especially for cyclists/groups, free electric charging station for EVs and families with children and pets. Chilling on the terrace, barbecuing in the small garden or cozy partying in your own party/wine cellar (approx. 18 m ²) are available for you! Since the bedrooms on the upper floor are only accessible via a few steps, we are only partially suitable for people with special needs.

The holder house was the cattle shepherd's house from 1913-71. In the fall of 2013, a complete renovation was carried out, in which the original appearance of the building was preserved. So it ducks from the street with small windows and opens to the right of the front door (after removal of walls and ceiling) into a spacious light-flooded kitchen-living-dining room with 70m2. In the former stable on the left there are bedroom, bathroom, toilet with windows in the 1500 m2 garden.
