The holder house was the cattle shepherd's house from 1913-71. In the fall of 2013, a complete renovation was carried out, in which the original appearance of the building was preserved. So it ducks from the street with small windows and opens to the right of the front door (after removal of walls and ceiling) into a spacious light-flooded kitchen-living-dining room with 70m2. In the former stable on the left there are bedroom, bathroom, toilet with windows in the 1500 m2 garden.
